The huge store was filled with attractive beds & bedding. Kelly was very helpful, she knew exactly what we wanted and is able to get it delivered tomorrow. She took our credit card printed up the receipt and we were out in 15 minutes. White glove delivery, set up & take away are provided for an additional $79. We had a window between noon and 2 o'clock, the delivery came 20 minutes early. The two delivery men were in and out in less than five minutes. They set up the bed perfectly, would need efficient and took all the garbage away with them. City mattress wasn't the cheapest, but they did an excellent job. It truly was an easy, fast & professional purchasing delivering and installing two new boxsprings on a king size bed.

I found out about their (BedInABox) products on the sleeplikethedead website. They had better reviews than Tempurpedic and the best reviews overall. Their memory foam beds even though higher rated are half the price as Tempurpedic. I initially chose this store because there was no other option to see the BedInABox products in person. I wasn't about to buy a bed without laying on it. I actually drove 3 hours but I am really glad I did. The store was smaller than I expected, but the products were great and luckily I found the perfect bed. My wife was hesitant about driving so far, but now she is glad too. So far I love the bed, but time will tell. As for the store itself, we received excellent service and i highly recommend going to the store rather than risking picking a bed out randomly from their website. I can be a pain in the butt sometimes and the owner took care of all of my questions and kept in constant contact. He was quick to respond to all of my emails. You seriously can't be the price for a memory foam bed either and more comfortable than all the beds I've tried, but beds are individual taste of course. They also had some latex beds which was another reason i drove a long way to see them because there weren't any dealers around Orlando that I could find (other than Ocala). They weren't my thing, but my wife liked them. If you want memory foam or latex I would say they are worth the trip. The selection isn't huge, but worth your time for sure. We paid about half of what we would have for a comparable bed (as I said before). The bed showed up in 2 days... literally in a box. It's pretty amazing how it expands after opening. The warranty is excellent as well and they have a great return policy.

There are multiple an extremely wide range of reviews and suggestions about the best mattress but the best way to find one is in person and with the right representative; Hany was that rep that took a great deal of time and sacrifice to help me with the best selection. He not only helped with the different mattresses there but also many competitors and was able to speak frankly about them all based on his opinion and the opinions/facts of many customers. Even after finding the right set of mattress and base he was extremely helpful in getting the set to the price I was very comfortable with. Hany was by far the most helpful and most patient representative that made me feel comfortable with my decision. Non pressuring and extremely supportive in providing whatever information he could. I was charged for the free base because I switched mattresses I hate this Tempur-pedic bed. It's is two years later I bought the mattress topper, and it rides down the bed every day breaking my back, to pull it up. I do not recommend this bed and I do not recommend the store and I do not recommend Doug. I went in the store wanting a Stearns and foster but didn't want to spend $4000. I ended up with this Tempur-pedic which cost me $6000 and 350 for the topper do yourself a favor don't go in mattress experts. They are experts at taking your money not giving you what you want.

What a great shopping experience I had at this store…read more Backstory - I have a king bed set and unbeknownst to me, it had a standard (el cheapo) frame that was supporting the mattress and box set. It worked fine for years, but last night, I guess I was a little too overly aggressive (if you know what I mean) and BAM the bed frame broke. I ended up removing the mattress from the frame and slept on the floor. Not knowing exactly what to do, I was driving past City Mattress and decided to stop in and see about a replacement. I was greeted by Carlton Williams and he was super friendly and informative. He showed me a replacement for my exact frame and suggested two different optional upgrades (one had rounded edges and one did not) that were far superior in strength to the one I currently have. I decided to buy the best and strongest bed frame and asked about delivery and he said it would be free for tomorrow. When I asked about same day delivery, he said it is an upcharge and will check the schedule. I left the store at 12:30pm and two delivery men showed up at my house at 2:30pm (exactly two hours since I left the store) and took apart my frame and installed the new super heavy duty frame. The name of the frame is Engage K Knick Hybrid and it was around $200 and is super strong. I was told it can support 1,000 pounds and I don't weight that much, but can give it the old college try tonight if you know what I mean. Thanks Carlton and City Mattress for outstanding service.

"Helped" by a very pushy woman who was happy to high pressure us while we were searching for the best deal on a Black Series 3 firm mattress. We had one more store to shop before we would make a decision which we politely explained to the woman while looking and as soon as she heard that she literally walked away from us and jumped on the next couple walking in the door. So, we did the same thing and walked out. Went down the street to Baer's Furniture and purchased our new mattress. We will never enter another of your stores! We felt like we were in a car dealership.
