The person workinbg was named Kyle. He was very knowledgeable, and patient as I needed to lay on several beds my first time there. I told him I would be back because I wanted to think on it. I came back a few days later and went through that again, then again, before deciding to move forward. He worked with me on financing to get me the best deal. His goal honestly seemed to be making sure I got what I wanted as well as making a sale. (His job). After 2 months, I decided I made the wrong choice, and once again Kyle did everything to help me get the one that works for me at the best price. All in all, a pretty good experience. BTW, the reason I wasn't happy with my first choice we discovered, was because they accidentally sent me the Firm instead of the Medium I bought. Not his fault and accidents happen. He fixed it. I'm happy. Also, kudos to Ashanti for helping me when I was deciding if I wanted to return the first one. I was there twice and she was really helpful, patient and kind. Great people at this store. I was a little hesitant to purchase but sales associates were NOT pushy at all. They were so helpful even offered me snacks and ice cream without purchasing. They sent me a link to my email with the couches just incase, and I ended up purchasing 1 hour later. Very simple process. One of the cells rep on the floor named. Al was super helpful and also the manager Jake he help me keep everything in budget which I truly appreciate it cause I was on a tight budget but literally I got everything here for a good deal. Told him that I needed an adjustable bed because I couldn't lay down without having severe spasms when trying to get up. He was so knowledgeable and recommended the mattress and base. It's perfect and I finally was able to get a good night's sleep. I love the fact that he was patient and answered each question I had with expertise. Not only that but I ordered on the 18th and got the mattress on the 21st. The staff that assembled it were also great.
