(She was awesome) then we were given over to Christopher, who helped us the rest of the time. He was amazing, so personable and this guy knows his mattresses!!!! Long story short, this place is great! Staff was really helpful and were really quick to welcome me and offer help as soon as I stepped foot through the door. I glanced around to see what they had to offer, and much to my amazement, they had Purple mattresses on the showroom floor! I heard so much about them, and I was rather excited to have the opportunity to try them out. Man, were they comfy. Kevin was really kind and offered some great advice on their products. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something. I ended up liking the feel of the Purple 2. Again, he didn't try to push me to buy something more expensive, as a matter of fact he even recommended the Original Purple (which is a lot cheaper) as an alternative. I settled on the Purple 2, and went on to do paperwork. My man, Kevin, hooked it up with a nice deal on the base and a pillow, and made the whole process a breeze. Low and behold, I met this great salesperson name Mary Bosworth. She read me like a cheap book, she knew exactly what I my needs were and even took into consideration my wife's needs even though she was not present. I was impressed and intrigue with Mary's assertiveness, instinct's, and her out spoken opinions based on truth and not trying to sugar coat the sale. Purchased a tempurpedic bed from them a week ago and had an excellent sales experience with the company as a whole. The only issue I had was that my sales representative felt like she was trying to up sell me than actually listen to what I really wanted and actually overcharged me on a couple of items. Thankfully she is not a regular for this store and she informed me that she works at a different store nearby. The delivery crew was outstanding and was very fast. Set up my new headboard and mattress within 30 minutes and they made sure that you were satisfied. Would definitely do business again at the Lodi location. Edit: Received a call from their corporate office and they took care of all the issues that I had in regards to the overcharging and ordering the wrong parts. How delightful it is to walk into a business to purchase an item you want and actually get it without being pressured into buying an item costing 4 times as much. Nothing is more irritating than given a delivery window of 4-6pm and they don't show up. Then you receive an automated call at 6:10pm saying they will be here to deliver within 30 minutes. Went to mattress Firm today and was greeted by a clown Named Robert. Shared with Robert that we were shopping for a Mattress and explained that as an anniversary gift our Niece and her husband were going to purchase it for us. Commented on the High cost of beds and or mattresses and he immediately copped an attitude . He indicated an area and with disdain told us there were the Cheap ones. All this time this person stood blocking the isle with arms crossed acting like we weren't allowed to go look. I spoke to him about his poor attitude to which he stated " There is another mattress store over there" and pointed out the window,and further suggested "maybe we should just shop there". As we turned to leave I asked his name to make sure all know where not to go and who if you go anyway is not the so called sales person to talk to. I bought a $3,000.00 Serta foam mattress with a life time warranty. We had the mattress for 14 months then the bottom seam split open I had to pay $39.00 to have there mattress inspector come out. A week later i received a letter warranty is void due to small stain on bed that has nothing to due with the defective mattress splitting on bottom seam of bed. They'll take your money but when you have a issue the will find any reason to deny you.I strongly recommend do not buy Setra I foam mattresses or any Serta product they don't stand behind there product. I will be taking them to small claims court. The mattress is a Beautyrest Black Hybrid. I googled it lots of complaints read more

Let's just say that this mattress firm seemed great at first. I then did not like the bed that I had and wanted to switch it out. It was a 1300$ mattress and I payed 1000$ for it. When I came back in to exchange for a different one that was listed at $1000, I was told that I would only receive $700 in credit towards a new one. This store is awful!!!!! Was suppose to have a mattress delivered my son was home they said they could not bring it in because he was 15. My son called us immediately we spoke with Earl at 2:05 and said we are 5 minutes away. We got home at 2:10 nobody was here. Earl called me back at 2:14 and said they will be here in 2 minutes.
