'Unc' and 'manager' worked with me and were so patient and kind. Had one bed delivered but I couldn't sleep on it because too soft and thought I wanted to 'full' size , well it was to small and to soft. Went back to Queen and frame with feet vibrated, head vibrating options, lumbar adjustments. When they came to exchange the young men noticed a default in frame. I have the new mattress and the new frame will be here Saturday. So far I'm much happier with this medium soft mattress. Everyone was on the ball and worked with me. After dinner, my husband and I were walking around within the area and decided to check out Mancini's Sleepworld. The doors were wide open and Mariano didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had. We were not looking for anything in particular at the time, but as we began to try out a few of the beds we came to a conclusion that we in fact did need a new bed. I entered a post that I had purchased an Avocado Mattress Topper, that turned out to be defective, from one of the Mancini's Sleepworld stores. The Avocado Mattress Company would not honor their warranty, in that I purchased the Topper from a Mancini's Mattress Company, which is a third party seller of the Avocado Mattresses. After writing the review, I received communication from the Mancini's District Manager that the defective mattress Topper that I purchased would be honored. Sean was awesome!!!! He was very knowledgeable about all of the different mattresses. He was friendly, kind & patient without being overbearing and pushy. This is a sales skill often lacking in service employees today. There is a large inventory of various brands and types of mattresses so there is something for everyone. This business also provides complementary snacks & beverages for customers. I appreciated this small gesture of old-fashioned courtesy which shows customers are valued. Off the bat, customer service was TOP notch (Mo, Melvin, Shawn and the delivery drivers - Francisco and Antonio) were extremely helpful and professional. As far as selection, there was a good selection of bed brands to choose from, such as Sealy to Casper. Last but not least, as far as value..... For a floor model I would have to give our semi-new bed a rating of 7 out of 10. Definitely a huge IMPROVEMENT from our Cal-King bed of 12 years. Having recently moved, this has been a game changer in helping us get a good night's rest. So do what is best for your situation. I was very pleased with the entire process. From the time I purchased my mattresses, to the time I had to get my remote replaced. Art made it very easy for us to receive a new remote after one of my children broke the original. They swapped out my old mattresses when they delivered the new ones with no problem & even came all the way out to Valley Springs! I have an issue with a bed that I purchased. been trying to reach Management and upper management but have been unsuccessful. Trying to take care of this matter off the Internet, but you have given me no choice but to reach out on here. I purchased a bed and a few months ago and it is infested with bed bugs. The company did replace it as defective but the new one was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. After dealing with Mattress Ferm and returning their bed back. I went around from Ashley's furniture to any mom and pops place for a mattress that can contour to our liking. No one seem to give us a straight answer on mattress and where only interested in a sale. Last week we remembered that Mancini's was the one place we didn't check. Once we arrived Larry the sales rep was such a nice man to me and my family. With me and my wife on the fence on witch bed to purchase he wasn't try to get us to hurry up and explained the difference on each bed and how it could feel after time. We then made our discussion and Larry explained that we get a month to try it out and if it didn't feel they way we thought it would be we can return it or exchange it.
