While I couldn't go to the store to test a mattress because of a compound fracture of my spine, I was fortunate enough to have a great representative assist me (Ronald) with my selection. Told him that I needed an adjustable bed because I couldn't lay down without having severe spasms when trying to get up. He was so knowledgeable and recommended the mattress and base. It's perfect and I finally was able to get a good night's sleep. I love the fact that he was patient and answered each question I had with expertise. Not only that but I ordered on the 18th and got the mattress on the 21st. The staff that assembled it were also great. My wife and I visited Mancini's on 6/19/24. We were greeted my Mo, the only salesman on staff that day. He was assisting another couple when we walked in, he still gave us a friendly greeting. We were looking for a new set of mattresses as ours are 20 years old. His knowledge was exemplary , I know this because my wife and I both used to sell mattresses in the past. We did not inform him of this prior to his assisting us. He listened to our needs and was able to direct us to the best deal for us. He did not try to move us up to a more costly mattress as the mid level Tempurpedic suited us perfectly. I would recommend Mancicni's over all other mattress retailers. A family owned business with the best in customer service. Service so good we got free delivery and it is two week earlier than anticipated. Visit this store and you will know what I mean. Beware, they won't tell you until they ring up your mattress that if you don't buy the protector that your warranty won't be good. Then also be prepared to receive the wrong products because of the incompetence of the staff. Upon asking for an exchange of what we really wanted, we were told that we didn't convey what we wanted in store and basically called us liars. We're willing to pay for an upgrade. Free delivery, free options for some merchandise (like a mattress pad & sheet set), free hauling away of our old mattress, 120 night trial (where you can change or return) and a 4 month time frame that if the mattress we selected came on sale at a lower price from a major mattress vendor they would refund us the difference, convinced us to purchase a mattress and box spring. In 2 days time it was seamlessly delivered. We received a text the night before giving us the 2 hour window of time for the delivery of which the delivery team of 3 was on time, they were speedy and made sure they took their shoes off on our recently installed new carpet, which was extremely appreciated.
