The person workinbg was named Kyle. He was very knowledgeable, and patient as I needed to lay on several beds my first time there. I told him I would be back because I wanted to think on it. I came back a few days later and went through that again, then again, before deciding to move forward. He worked with me on financing to get me the best deal. His goal honestly seemed to be making sure I got what I wanted as well as making a sale. (His job). After 2 months, I decided I made the wrong choice, and once again Kyle did everything to help me get the one that works for me at the best price. All in all, a pretty good experience. BTW, the reason I wasn't happy with my first choice we discovered, was because they accidentally sent me the Firm instead of the Medium I bought. Not his fault and accidents happen. He fixed it.
