We get in at first it was good. The lady doing my nails was not very interactive. I did ask her for my nails to be trimmed she cut a ton of length almost down to the nub. The gentleman ( I believe the owner) was like well we ask you when she cut if length is okay, I explained it wasn't just the length it was the shape. Mind you nothing had been done as far as a fill just the trim and shape. He was so rude, I was like I don't want to pay for something I don't love. She gets up brings a bowl of acetone and throws a towel very rudely over my nails. I told him I will pay for a take off and the service provided for my daughter. This man called the cops telling them I'm refusing to pay for service. I also forgot to mention I have my 2yr old and 14 year with me ass well sitting by me. I start to cry I can't believe this is happening. He then starts telling me he has been in business for 20yrs and has fired over 250 ppl for making a mistake. He is talking over me so I just decided I'm not going to speak a conversation was getting nowhere and told me to lower my voice I was talking normally. He stated he had cameras everywhere in there. I was like okay great. Sheriff shows he was very nice I told him what happened he said okay. So you will pay for take off I said yes absolutely. I never said I wasn't going to pay for the take off.
