My sugar kept dropping and bottoming out.Once is dropped to 36 after the nurse finally got to me screaming for help. They blocked me from everything for help. They treated me bad and abused me because of my medical conditionsvtoo.I have cardiac that is in my family and I have had a small heart attack in the past and they were messing with me and my heart was getting bad from the palpitations I experience and my irregular heartbeats.I have an enlarged heart too-Athletes Heart and they had me hurt and it started to enlarge and it was enlarging through my shirt about to explode while they made me strip off all my clothing inside the cell in medical.A man in street clothes stood and watched me naked.Another nurse employee threatened me and told me to take off my Diabetes Libre sensor and if I didn't that she was going to get security and officers to violently and forcefully take it off of me.Then she lied and said she didn't say it to get herself out of being held accountable for the threats or if I would have died. The only thing I was grateful for and thankful for was that the nurses who cared about me was when they would see, witness, and notate all the bruises,my pain from my leg injury,my bloody mouth everyday that came up on me while I was there.I had no one to help support me,no phone calls no money for glucose,no money for attorney,no getting released until it was convenient for them to cover up all their law breaking and violations being done against me.They blocked my phone calls. They kept moving me to a cell by myself so that no one could reach me and help me.They caused me to go into complete isolation and dissociate from myself and to not get someone to help me and medical help or to know the truth of me of what they were doing to me.I made many requests which went ignored. They caused me to mentally break down to the point I was drooling from my mouth and lost all my ability to function. The doctor-Andrew yelled at me and yanked me around and abused me while taking my blood pressure with handcuffs on my wrists behind my back. The correctional officer that took me in to him verbally assaulted me while taking me back to my cell yelling-NOW DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANT AFFORD YOUR TRULICITY/medications TO GIVE TO YOU?!?!They have documents of my Diabetes and my high blood pressure and my stage 2 chronic kidney disease and other medical diagnosis's and they knew that I needed my insulin. It wasn't my fault that they couldn't afford it or that I have these chronic illnesses. Then the doctor asked me if I knew someone that could bring them to me knowing I don't have family, resources, money or nothing.I asked him-Do you know anyone who can? He's an abusive doctor there and neglective of medical needs. They hurt me so bad and I was hurt when the police took me there.I don't have money to get help and to get them to stop doing that to me.They must know that and that's why they continue to do that to me.They did the same thing to my brother for years and hurt him so bad that he can't do for himself either and can't work or anything. My health is declining because of only what they told others and not that they contributed to it and hendered it.I don't want to die in one of those places and I don't want to die in Oklahma.I deserve respect, dignity,to be treated equally, truthfully, and with a fair hearing and to be treated like a person and not like a piece of trash, not talked down to and abused.I also had to eat my tray of food with my fingers because they refused to give me a plastic spoon to eat with. They would trick things in my cell to make it look like I was deliberately trying to die by suicide.

What, I wondered, might I find in this little spot that is rumored to have magical powers? Thankfully, the C of the U is well-marked by an enormous, spire-like metal map marker so it's easy to find. Once there, the actual COTU is marked by sort of a worn out circle of bricks and concrete that (tbh) probably needs a little sprucing up. According to local lore (and many Yelp reviews), you can stand in the center of this spot and speak, and nobody will hear you. Or your words will come back to you. Or something like that. I wasn't really sure what to expect. And to be completely honest with you, nothing happened when I tried. Maybe I did it wrong. There *were* people walking by, so I mostly muttered to myself, rather than yell out into the void. Yes, it's quite likely that fear of embarrassment caused me not to experience the magic and wonder that make the COTU what it is.

This park recently underwent a major remodel, and I couldn't believe the improvements!…read more The park is very spread out with 3-4 different play areas and a splash pad scattered around soccer and baseball/softball fields. There are also walking trails that wind throughout the park and along the river! One of my favorite things about the play areas is that towards the back of the park there is a playground specifically designed for younger children ages 2-5 years old! Although with supervision a one year old could easily play on this as well. This is great because a lot of typical playgrounds can be unsafe for younger children and more likely for an accident to happen. Next to this particular playground there is one designed for older children ages 5-12, so for anyone with multiple children they can play on the appropriate set and not get bored. Another great thing I noticed about the playgrounds, they have padded artificial grass underneath and around them versus the typical wood chips or rocks!

In the summer Case Community center has outdoor movies with popcorn! The trail is very scenic and most of the trail runs along views of the river. My favorite part is to find the bald eagles. There is a nest that resides in the park and you can often see them flying overhead. The park contains so many trees! Which make you feel like your in nature. The park also has newly installed picnic tables. It just really is a nice place to have near by. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is no dog park.
