I agree to the restocking fee. 2-3 weeks go by I call in to ask about my application, tells me it's denied. Weird , why? Tells me it doesn't say, okay how's the refund work with the restocking fee , tells me it's store credit lol That "I should read" , but couldn't mention it when he's literally telling me "if it gets denied there's a restocking fee" but leaves out it's store credit, maybe use your words and common sense to let people know when you're explaining there's a restocking fee? Dude gets bothered over the phone, not once did I cuss at him or disrespect him then starts saying "you sound like a telephone tuff guy" Place is a joke, no customer respect, nothing. Rude place, do NOT COME HERE. I got family who are fire arms advocates & gun smiths and I will make sure nobody comes to this place. I own multiple businesses in rome GA and never would treat a customer this way and always disclose any terms and conditions i have in place regarding refunds, or denials. He can keep the $400 seems like he needs it more then I do
