I called for a refund, and they told me that they couldn't refund it because it was the morning after, and got into a cussing match with the manager or who ever was on the line. The food here was not up to par. The "Baked" Mac and cheese was NOT baked, and it tasted like detergent. 1/10 Then I got chicken and fries. The fries were ok, 6/10. Wow wow wee wooooo! The box seemed suspiciously heavy. I assumed a pizza was delivered by accident instead of a calzone. To our surprise we found a giant friend banana in the box! This calzone was more like an origami pizza folded over. Flavor was predicable. A warm moist interior, ya know it's like a warm apple pie, if you get my drift. I've ordered from City Pizza about 9-10 times during the pandemic, and they're very reliable. Large portions, classic fried food just the way you want it, and courteous staff people and drivers. I've had the fries, onion rings, chicken quesadilla, chicken tenders, and crispy ranch quesadilla. All tasty - and excellent food for late night hunger. Yesterday, I put in the wrong phone number in my order and the poor driver called me several times without me answering. I called the restaurant just after they'd closed around 10:05, and the owner or someone in charge kindly agreed to personally deliver my order, even though it was my mistake. Ordered a BLT. A cold grinder that was COOKED!!!!! The cheese looked like the Mayo because it was melted into the cooked lettuce and tomato. The crispy bacon was soggy because of the moisture from being cooked with the lettuce and tomato. Who cooks lettuce???? I tried to eat some because I was hungry and I paid good money for it but after two forced bites I couldn't stomach it. It is the worst BLT I've ever had and I'm 64yo. Tried this place for delivery the other night. Didn't feel like pizza, so we had wings and a chicken parm sub. The wings were so over done I could barely eat them. I tried to eat them anyway so as not to waste them, but the were awful. The chicken parm sub was ok, but nothing special. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

Average, just average. After reading other reviews my wife and I decided to give it a try. We're always looking for new pizza places to try. Other reviewers said some great things but we didn't see why. Pizza was delivered without the thermal bag and was cool when it got here. I thought Grub Hub would do better than this. So the first thing we had to do was warm it in the oven. Not off to a good start. Not to mention the delivery driver went past our house and turned around by driving on our grass. When we finally tried the pizza it was nothing special at all. There are many better choices out there. read more

First time called ordered a pizza, tortellini soup, and a chicken Caesar salad. Driver came, no pizza. Called it in and verified pizza wasn't ordered the first time according to the girl who answered the phone. Ok, fine. Reordered the pizza. At this point we start pulling out the rest of the items ordered. (Which came an hour after it was prdered) Grab the salad knowing it was larger than a single serving and planning to split it in 2 with a bowl. Pull out the toppings and find multiple pieces of wilted lettuce that was towards the bottom and not near the chicken (I know that pieces of lettuce near hot chicken are going to discolor but these pieces were not near chicken and did not have the same hot chicken wilt that would be expected). Then opened the soup, guess what, not the correct soup. I opened chicken noodle not chicken tortellini as I had ordered. So I called again and told them I that I had the wrong soup and was willing to give it back uneaten for the correct soup. I was strongly told by the woman on the phone that I was wrong and that she put in exactly what my husband had ordered. Mind you he was literally reading off of a screenshot he had take of the order. Then I asked to speak to a manager who insulted me and accused me of insulting his businesses because I called about both the pizza then the soup and salad. We tried multiple times to try to compromise with him then he hung up up my husband, to which I called back and it took several attempts to have the manager give me 10 seconds of his time from assaulting me with insults to simply tell him to cancel the re-ordered pizza and I would take the hit from the salad and wrong soup. *Soggy Pizza snd awful customer service* I placed my order, received the food wrong. I called and the guy who answered the phone told me to just eat it that way because it was not a big deal. I told him i wanted my money back and he said he cannot do that because he was at the shop by himself. He kept offering me a discount on my next order. And i kept telling him i wanted my money back and to take the pizza back. Love ordering from them! Usually I order from them at work and there are quite a few different orders. They're fast delivering, quality of food is great and they're very courteous when ordering over the phone! I also have to mention this is about the only place in my delivery range that actually have an option for spinach instead of lettuce in your salad! Great place to order from! read more

Ordered from them twice so far & let me just say this.. they are on point with their food. I grew up in a very competitive town of different pizza places very close to each other. I've felt like I've always had to settle with the pizza places close to me around here since I started living here. I finally tried City Pizza a few days ago & then also ordered from them tonight .. & City Pizza is prime for great food & comparable to the pizza places where I grew up. Definitely non-comparable to the other pizza places around here because City Pizza is way better. I cannot wait to order more off their menu to see what else they have to offer. read more
