Ordered online. Was given 35 minutes average waiting time. One hour later I called the restaurant. After half an hour on hold I decided to go to the restaurant myself and obtain a refund. I left my phone turned on as I was still on hold waiting to speak to someone. As I suspected the parking lot was empty save for three delivery vehicles all idling w/ what i assume was their drivers just standing around smoking. When I walked into the waiting area, I saw one phone girl (not on the phone btw) & one cook (on a cell phone). Looking around I saw many packages & pizzas waiting their turn to be delivered. It is obvious they are busier than they can handle. I was advised MY order was already "on the road". I told THEM I didn't want it anymore. A simple grinder that is now soggy and cold and disgusting after an hour and a half of sitting on the rack waiting to go out the door & then sitting in the delivery car as he drove around dropping off other orders. I was given a refund w/ no issues. That is why I gave three stars. I understand help is hard to find right now. But I repeat my observation of three delivery cars sitting isle while their drivers smoked and hung out. Charging people for food that will be beyond sub par and gross by the time it reaches the customer is wrong. Get better drivers or stop taking orders until you catch up. read more

We ordered our pizza for takeout so I can't comment on the ambiance of Brother's Pizza, only their food. We ordered a large pie, half combination and half Mexican specialties. I'm a New York pizza snob so I have very high standards, but Brothers Pizza was decent - good dough, right cheese ratio, light on the sauce but that's ok with specialty pies where the toppings are the focus. The pie was cut very haphazardly, which normally I wouldn't care about but as someone that can't do spicy (aka jalapeños), I was disappointed that the pizza was not cut evenly along the split between the Combination and Mexican halves. I know that that's nitpicky, but I couldn't eat slices parts of my "half" as anticipated. Overall, I'd order again but maybe keep it to one specialty per pie. Updated 4/3: I have to say, Brothers Pizza owns when they make a mistake. I ordered a pizza for pickup but it was accidentally sent out for delivery and had to come back to the store. The owner apologized profusely and offered me sodas to make up for the mistake. Another time, I ordered a small pie but a large was made. I was not charged for the larger size and got to enjoy more pizza than I really needed! The one complaint I have is about their delivery driver. He consistently smokes cigarettes in the car with the food, he disobeys traffic laws and drives erratically, and is overall very unpleasant to employees and customers alike. read more

I've ordered take out from here a few times and I have never been happy with what I got. I will say their homemade pitas are delicious and fresh. But the stuff they put in them - not so much. One was a BLT pita - Bacon was terrible, very hard and chewy and obviously old. Also it was drenched in mayo. I mean like a half cup of mayo in the bottom of the pita. Inedible. Second time was a Chicken Caesar Pita - simple, just chicken and lettuce and dressing right? Nope, I opened my pita at home and found only chicken, not one shred of lettuce. And the lack of lettuce exposed the chicken as sort of yucky looking. I didn't even take one bite. Never again. Blech. read more

This place is a frequent of mine for lunches at work and everything here is fair. Nothing too notable to write home about so if you're expecting to be blown away you'll be disappointed. The grinders and pizza are good, salads are hearty (love the Bombay salad), and are priced decently for the amount you get. If you're looking for a cheaper quick greasy food fix this spot is what you should look for. Not really a dine in spot either although they do have seats it's geared more towards takeout/delivery. read more

I think this is a fairly new pizza restaurant on Grattan Street in Chicopee up on top of the hill on the left. There used to be another pizza shop there but this one is VERY GOOD! They have a very wide selection of pizzas but my favorite so far is the House Special which has sausage, pepperoni, bacon, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Their combo has these ingredients plus hamburger. It is not that I don't like their other choices--it's just that I love this one so much, I don't want to try anything else! One of the things I like about their pizza is that the onions and peppers are somewhat crunchy so the pizza is not soggy like some. The crispness seems to make it more flavorful. It is not greasy either. If you are watching your weight, be careful. It will be hard to stop eating once you try it. The people who run it are very nice! When I ordered a party size there once, they gave me a 2 liter bottle of soda. I don't know if that is their standard procedure or if they were just being nice. But that's the kind of people they are. They are not limited to pizzas and grinders. They have quite a selection of Italian dinners including seafood. I have not tried those yet but I certainly will in the future. I encourage you to try them. Once you do, I'll bet you will put their number on speed dial! read more

If this is the BROTHERS PIZZA on Gratten St then this is hands down the best Pizza not only in Chicopee but the best Pizza I think I ever had anywhere. Just get a large Cheese pizza for 10 bucks, I will bet anybody that it's the best. I get a pizza there a week! The only negative is the parking, The girl who works there is great and she has nice boobs. I pick up the pizza just to see them, she is so hot, and she is nice and works very hard. Today we had a "Free Pizza Day" at my job and the pizza came from Brothers Pizza. Usually party-sized pizzas from some random pizzeria are pretty awful, but Brothers surprised me in a big way with their pies. The slices, even in a square-cut party-size, were huge! And the toppings, which thankfully were ordered in a dizzying array by my bosses, were all unusually aromatic and flavorful. Most local pizza places taste exactly like every other local pizza place. But Brothers stood out with slices that smelled and tasted fresh and delicious as soon as we opened the box! This was pizza with a flavor profile pretty much all its own. And it was good. We ordered online expected delivery in a 1/2 hour which is fine but had to call and hour later to only find out that they "printed the ticket late" and they were sending the driver out .. so our food was ready?! We get pizza here all the time. Never had a problem, I actually love the pizza here. But we ordered yesterday with a group of friends who wanted our advice on where to get pizza in the area. We've ordered a few times, it's decent. Pitas are probably the best thing. Service is usually 45-60 mins for delivery at night which is whatever. Unfortunately, every time we've ordered at least 1 thing has been wrong and tonight we found a staple in our French fries. It was inside a styrofoam container at the bottom of a pile of french fries and almost ingested. I don't think we'll be ordering again for awhile :( read more

We just moved to Chicopee a few months ago and have ordered a few times from here, it's usually good/okay but the main problem I have is that the person on the phone always repeats my card number and expiration back which you would think is a good thing but the last time I ordered I was put on hold and could hear the other call's card info, expiration, and numbers on the back and all. This is by far the best pizza in Chicopee. They have a lot of toppings to offer, great prices, the location is really convenient and the food is amazing. Pizza places are a dime a dozen but Brothers Pizza stands out from the rest. The staff and owners are also really friendly and when you walk in, you get a sense that the folks working in the kitchen are focused and hard working and care about creating a top quality product, it shows in their pizza as well. Unfortunately I lost what was once my favorite pizza place, on Thursday sept 28 at 5 pm ordered my pizza online walked to get it and sat for approx 20 min, they are good taking payment then forgot about us sitting there and the pizza sat on top oven for 15 min now walk home the 5 houses that is going to be cold pizza , when I asked the blond haired girl she said oh I didn't even know you were waiting. The only other customer there was her family who was served promptly . we got our money back, it would be my experience that the day shift employees are super, the younger employees I feel need to be reminded that no one likes to be ignored or treated like there time doesn't matter, its a shame, I will miss the ! read more

I went today 07/26/2015 and have to say that the pizza along with the wings are excellent. We ate the entire pizza and the staff is very hard working and friendly, keep up the great work. The pizza is decent. The gyro pita is great. Not a huge fan of their fries or salads, sometimes the ingredients aren't very fresh. Also, their "garlic bread" is a soggy grinder roll with too much butter. We used to order from here a lot, but it's become too inconsistent for us. There are so many pizza places to choose from in the area, trying to find one that was worth getting a second time was near impossible. Reluctantly we thought we'd give Brothers a try and to our surprise it was by far the best pizza in town! At the risk of sounding like a commercial, it really was... We had a large thin crust & a greek salad delivered, it was here within 20, 30 min, piping hot and only around $21 bucks! The best AND cheapest by far, we will definitely be calling again! I am giving brothers pizza a one star review because their online pricing is deceiving. If I place my order and am given a total, I should not be asked to pay more when I go pick my order up!! The girl's who work the front counter need to be trained better. They do not know anything about how Brothers Pizza online ordering works. If you want me to pay for adding onions to my steak and cheese (which normally comes with onions on it anywhere else I order) I should be made aware of it before I get there to get my food. There isn't any option to add onions for an extra cost while ordering it under your coupon selection....just so you know! After 10 years of being a loyal customer I will bring my business elsewhere because I am treated like I am crazy when I go to pick up my food and ask why I am paying more than what my order totaled.
