This is probably one of the BEST experiences I've ever had! When I first arrived, i couldnt help but express how BEAUTIFUL the office/waiting area is!! Nice, Clean area! AMAZING SLIDING FARM DOOR!! (random thought, i know! But i coulndt help but enjoy it!!) The young man at the front desk was sooo professional, and pleasant. He listenes to my many Qs and actually lookes me in thw eye, with full attention. When I complimented the office, he introduced me to the the wife (co owner) who'd decorated the space. She has the most welcoming smile! She worked away as she held a conversation with me. She ensured that her husband and the team will take good care of my car....and get to thw bottom of my LONG LIST of issues! Thats when her husband (owner) came to speak with me. HE'S AWESOME!! He explained all that they found in the simplest terms. He even looked some things up right then and there to help give me visuals of what they found and what they were going to do. When it was time to pick up my baby, THE INSIDE HAD BEEN VACUUMED OUT AND LOOKED CLEANER THAM IT HAD IN WEEKS!!! That was literally the cherry on top!!!! This Husband and Wife team is outstanding!!! Excellent, excellent work. I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota that a friend ran into a light post that needed a substantial amount of front end work. The folks at City Side gave me an estimate that include parts, labor and paint that the other shops were estimating just for paint. They kept me updated on the repair status and finished the truck 2 days ahead of schedule. When I picked up the truck, the estimate I was given was what I paid and the truck looked fantastic. I've had the truck back about a month now and have taken it on camping trips and a 20 hour round trip to Tennessee and everything is rattle free, tight as a drum and the paint still looks great. The insurance company totaled this truck and the folks at City Side handed it back to me looking like the day I bought it, I couldn't be happier. read more

I recently had a slight fender bender and my insurance company referred me to City Side Auto Body. My interactions with all their staff members were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The damage to my car was corrected ahead of schedule and you could not tell that it was in an accident. When the car rental agency did not pick me up a member of their staff kindly drove me to the agency and waited to be sure there was a car available. In addition when I picked up my vehicle they offered to meet me at the car rental agency and take me to pick up my car. This type of detail to customer support is important and very appreciated. Best service I could imagine from start to finish. When I dropped off my Toyota for service they gave me a ride home. When it was ready they notified me and when I went to pick it up not only had they repaired it but cleaned it too. It looked and smelled new. There was a problem with my insurance payment - the check to my house had not arrived. They got on the phone with my insurance company and in a matter of minutes worked out a direct payment so I was able to drive away immediately. Very impressed with all of their staff who went out of their way to make sure we were more than satisfied. My only regret is that we can only give them five stars! read more

I took my car here for cosmetic as well as mechanical issues and was constantly updated throughout the time my car was in repair. When I got my car back, it was seriously like brand new. I learned about City Side Auto body from my daughter when a lady ran into her 2007 Saturn. We looked around to see who could repair her car and could not find anyone until we went to City Side Auto.
