They did an excellent job replacing my back seat, bumper, spoiler and front quarter panel. The paint job and blending was superb! The interior was immaculate. I was a little skeptical since they didn't have any reviews and it was surprisingly affordable so I reached out, and boy am i glad that I did. They were incredibly communicative about every step of the way just getting to the car. When they arrived they did notice a spot on the bumper that wasn't visible in the pictures that i sent, but the increase in payment was only for materials and nothing extra for labor even though it was my mistake. After they took the vehicle they sent updates with pictures of the car so i could see the progress and i didnt have to worry aboutif it would be dont in time. It took a little over 24 hours to repair both door panels and the rear bumper. But the biggest thing that i appreciated was the fact that he wabted an honest review, and emphasized an Honest review. The hood, front bumper, headlights, grill and radiator support needed to be replaced. All new parts were installed and looks brand new. DO NOT TRUST !!!!!…read more On September 28th 2011 I was involved in a rear-end collision. The vehicle, a 2005 BMW Z4, was brought to Color Crafters for repairs. Color Crafters was to repair the back bumper area where I was hit and repair a leaking seal on the driver door window where the convertible top and window meet, the seal was leaking after the accident (due to the top being open when hit and top being knocked off alignment) Color Crafters called me on October 27th 2011 and informed me the vehicle was complete and ready for pick-up. I arrived to find the driver window not operative and the convertible rooftop still not aligned. I discussed this concern with Rick, Color Crafters employee in charge of repair process, and he stated the repair would be completed in a few days. I received another call from Color Crafters on November 08 2011 stating the vehicle was complete and ready for pick-up. In reviewing the vehicle the driver window was operative and convertible roof operative. I drove away with the rooftop down. When I arrived home and closed the rooftop I noticed a gap between the driver window and rooftop. I called Color Crafters to alert them of this issue. I was given many excuses over the phone as to why the gap would be there, but the gap is not a normal gap on a 2005 BMW Z4 (BMW vehicles are well known for being solid - I also had the local BMW dealer review the gap, Passport BMW stated it was not normal) I was told to bring the car back to their location so they could review the gap. I drove the one hour drive back to the office on November 22nd 2011 so they could review the gap. They 'repaired' the gap again, after I pointed out the gap was still there I was told it was 'closer to specs' - if I pay for a repair I am expecting a quality repair, not something 'close'. Also in the process of 'fixing' the window they broke the door trim. I had to point out the damage. They called Passport BMW where the part was in stock; I drove to Passport and installed the trim at Passport, never returning to Color Crafters. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. Passport BWI completed the window seal adjustment.

I've been taking my vehicles (BMW X5 and Mercedes E350) to Beamer Auto since 2022. Up until recently, they consistently provided good service at a fair price. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have completely changed my opinion. About 8 months ago, I brought in my X5. Communication was poor--I had to call several times just to get updates and an estimate. Since I trusted them from prior service, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a bad day. This last visit today, with my E350, however, was unacceptable. I emailed in advance detailing the issues and received a confirmation for a 10 AM appointment on Thursday, September 18. When I arrived, the front desk person (Aaron) asked me to repeat everything instead of checking the email. I explained two issues: 1. The driver seat not returning fully upright (a sensor recalibration Beamer had fixed for me two years ago). 2. The passenger side headlight was flickering and going out intermittently. I was told I'd get a call with an estimate. Hours passed with no update. I called around 3:30 PM, no answer, and their voicemail was full. Eventually, they called me back but admitted they hadn't even looked at my car yet. Approx 4:30, I called again, because they close at 5:30. This time, Aaron said they wouldn't get to it that day but promised it would be checked first thing in the morning. The next day, still no call all morning. Frustrated, I drove 40 minutes back to the shop around 1 PM to pick up my vehicle. My car was sitting exactly where I left it. After waiting while Aaron looked at the computer and asking me the same question again about my car, I was told they couldn't fix the seat issue and that I'd need to go to the dealer (even though they had repaired the exact same problem less than two years ago). Then he incorrectly stated it was my driver-side headlight that was bad, when in fact it was the passenger side--the issue I had clearly outlined multiple times. Despite their lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and the fact that my car hadn't moved, I was charged $158.75 for a diagnostic check. Based on my experience, I don't believe they even looked at the vehicle. After three years as a loyal customer, Beamer Auto has lost my trust and my business. If you're considering them, proceed with caution--buyer beware.
