We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! Reed Point is 7 hours away from home. The sun was quickly going down and the weather was too cold to try and figure things out without. David was dispatched and quickly contacted us to let us know he was on his way to our son (60-90 minutes away). As soon as he got to our son, they picked up his car, dropped him off at a motel, then dropped off his car at the shop. He then contacted us to ensure both our son and his car were safe. We were so grateful. David said he'd want the same type of service and care for his own children, and we believe him! We are so grateful for David!

Then, they charged my card the larger amount. In the end, I was told that in order for them to give me the difference, they would have to re-charge me for another tow before I get the larger amount refunded. They told my insurance roadside assistance team they'd be a half hour but they never showed. Allstar got here in 7 minutes once my insurance company called them and 2 minutes later they had me unlocked. Agave, you could have cost my life ... my meds were in my car and I needed them! My insurance company told you this too! WTH?! Agave, you owe me gas money!!! This is so so unprofessional ... and this is the second time in 6 months ... I made my insurance company red flag you, along with Bulldog towing for a similar issue in Dec so that neither of you will be ever called to assist me again and I think they should drop you forever!
