I won't go into extreme details, but I had a simple ask, could j just use a couple of floor jacks and take two rims off so that I can get some new tires put on so I can drive it off the lot? Their response yeah we can do it for a fee. Ok. What would be the fee? The counter person came back with $75. $75 F-ING bucks for using a floor jack to help somebody take off two tires w/ five lug nuts each. I'd be willing to pay a little bit of money for someone to provide a little bit of assistance but 75.00 for a 5-minute task to assist somebody is absurd. They could have at least provided me some lube when I walked into the counter area for the reaming that I was about to get.

This place is joke when it comes to customer service!! I…read morepurchased a new set of tires from them at a cost of over 800.00$ at which time they were very friendly and obliging. They put the tires on and balanced and rotated them for me a few months after purchase and everything seemed to be good still. About 3-4 months down the line I had a friend do some break work for me (he is a professional auto tech-not some Joe Schmo/no nothing) and when he got to looking at my tires he informed me that one lug nut was missing and one was extremely loose! On top of that they had dented up most of the lug nut covers (at the time I had a Lincoln LS that was in pretty great condition, especially aesthetically. Well when I contacted them about it, I was given a short and rude response and for some reason the guy was trying to imply that the mileage on my car was to blame...which is ridiculous. All I wanted was an apology for having done negligent work which put my children and myself at risk; and for them to replace the lug nut covers. The guy was a complete jerk and adamant that they done nothing wrong. Never will I go back to that place again. I'd rather pay more money or even drive further, than to step foot in there or give them a single dime. Disgusted and angered in Scottsboro Al.
