I showed up at 8:35 am even though I didn't need to be there until 930 according to the email. I waited until 10:15 am. No one showed up nor did anyone advise me of any cancellations. What kind of buisness doesn't have the common decency to contact their customers and let them know of cancellations. I'm also in the process of reporting them to the BBB for false advertising. If there were no 10am tours. I shouldn't have been allowed to book it. UPDATE....ON Febuary 10th I was contacted by someone and was informed that I had infact been issued a refund on Febuary 3rd. He apologized for not contacting me sooner. He also explained they didn't usually book a tour for 1. So my advice would be to call and confirm. I also feel like I was only contacted because I reported them to the BBB.

What we got was ... the absolute perfect location to spend a night above a 50ft waterfall that lullabied us to bed. A perfect storm came through in the night to maintain that REM. Then a fuller waterfall and a few dozen songbirds to wake us up in the morning. Not even temped to hit the snooze button on that! Mr.Miller's hospitality is superb. He enjoys sharing his creativity, which is impressive, and thanks to it we had a perfect glamper to stay in and have this great experience. We took our time getting up, had some coffee, and drank it on the back deck as we watched the waterfall, yes you read that right ..... waterfall is visible from the glamper, just laying in bed I can lift my head and see it. After morning, coffee we hiked down to the bottom of the falls and soaked in the beauty and the privacy of it.

We booked a tour through Bike Tours Direct from Amsterdam to Bruges on May 4th, 2012. The tour was…read morescheduled to start in Amsterdam on September 22 and end in Bruges on September 29. We found out when there was no boat at the Amsterdam dock, that they had changed us to a tour beginning in Bruges beginning that same day. At first they said the mistake was ours, but then admitted they had changed 8 other couples in the same way, and had not informed us. There solution was for us to take a train to Bruges and take the tour, which, due to other travel arrangements, was difficult for us. The boat operator, Boat Bike Tours, was rude as they could be when we tried to discuss our options, insisting they did not really want to discuss our problems and just to get on the train to Bruges. The President of Bike Tours Direct turned out to be of no assistance in the matter. We have not been able to get a refund of our booking fees. Be very careful if you use either of these companies. I recommend not using either.
