Situated in the Marina Real Juan Carlos, Panorama's floor to ceiling glass windows and open-air terrace offer the best view of the Las Arenas beach, with the water of the Mediterranean Sea and the busy marina. We started with the sashimi trilogy: tuna, salmon, and butterfish. The fish was fresh and flavorful, with each having a different taste. My friend loved the octopus over creamed potatoes and oak-smoked olive oil. The oil had a smoky, woodsy flavor which was a perfect contrast to the taste of the sea from the octopus.
