I didn't really have many options so I decided to trade for another car. Brought this one into Care Care again and it has even MORE problems than the first car. Now this guy has the car I PAYED TO FIXED in better condition than it has ever been and just gave me another complete lemon car. THIS GUY IS A CON ARTIST. They are respectful of your time, and do their best to get you in and out quickly. But the best part about the team is that they are reasonable. They will diagnose a problem, layout all available options for you, discuss pros and cons of each one relative to your situation, and figure out the solution with you. They won't automatically push the most drastic (and expensive) one. Another thing I like is that they don't mark up parts outrageously like some other places. I always feel like I'm taken advantage of if I go to a place that doubles the price of a part I know they are getting from a parts place down the road. Sure, I can object and maybe get the price down, but I don't want to have to do that. And if the car isn't drivable, I'm pretty much stuck paying whatever the parts charge is. I appreciate that this situation won't happen at Smith Nielsen. It's great to find a place that understands customer service. Be courteous and listen to the customer, layout all available options, do high quality work and stand behind it, charge fair market rates. Do that and not only do the customers come back, but they tell others. It's refreshing to find a garage that has figured this formula out. Highly recommended.
