When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. One of the routes did not receive my card. When I called to let Jerry know what happened, he sent an email 3 days later to the Carmel Mnt. Post Office. I had to call him to remind him to look into it. Now he is telling me that there is nothing that can be done about the fact I paid him to pay the USPS for an EDDM delivery that did not occur. He says it's too small amount of money for the USPS to care. I don't want the refund, I want my card delivered! I paid him and I paid him to pay the USPS. Sadly, Kirkland Printing is not there for you when something goes wrong. I'll figure something out myself with the USPS. Moving on from this company...and you should too!

Came here to have some T-Shirts made for some employees who created a hiking club at work. We decided to surprise the employees and provide them with T-Shirts for their next hike so I had to get these made within a week. T-Shirt Mart made it happen. As soon as I walked in an employee said we'll be with you in one moment. I waited for five minutes and then sat down with one of their designers desk. He was upbeat and very kind and very familiar with their capabilities and turn around and also has great knowledge of the type of T-shirts they have and all the different varieties. The whole transaction to design the T-shirt took somewhat about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the design. Once their graphic design team creates the design for you they send you an email for your approval. They do not make your T-shirts until they get paid in full. And when you pick up your T-shirts, it's very important that you have your invoice with you as you will not be able to get your T-shirts released to you until you have the original paperwork. It took less than a week to get my T-shirts and when I picked up the T-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and overall outcome with my shirts. I saw a lot of people coming in and out getting family reunion T-shirts made, and also bachelorette T-shirts for the bridal party.
