I was upfront that I didn't really understand the differences between ceramic and nano ceramic tint and was hoping for guidance on what would make the most sense for my vehicle and budget. Unfortunately, the conversation didn't feel very helpful or welcoming. When I asked about ceramic tint, I was told I "didn't need it," but when I asked why, the explanation came across more dismissive than educational. The shop may very well do quality work, and I can't speak to their installations, but customer experience matters too. I was hoping for a more informative and respectful interaction, especially as someone trying to learn before making a purchase decision.

Hunter asked me if I would delete my review if he refunded me all my money. I advised him I don't want his money and All I want was my tint fixed. I told him that I was going to take my truck to a non mobile tint place and go to storefront business but if he wanted, I wanted to offer him a chance to fix it himself and it would not cost him anything but his time. All I truly wanted was my tint fixed. Once fixed, I would "UPDATE" my review. I did not hear from him for a week, so I took my truck to a storefront tint place and they noticed bubbling in my driver and passenger front windows so I had them re-do my tint. I paid for the fix, and requested a venmo payment from Hunter. 4 days later, Hunter texted me back. After a back and forth text session, Hunter paid me for the re-tint and all is right. As I told him I would, I am updating this review and adding a few more stars since it was rectified. REVIEW UPDATED. 11/22/2018. I hired Hunter to tint my new Truck. I got his number from a buddy of mine at work who was happy with his work. Hunter responded to my inquiries right away and showed up on time to my home for my tint appointment. I really wanted to rate this guy with 5 stars. I was a fan when I met him. Young kid, owned his own business, punctual, respectful, seemed like a hard worker. He finished the tint job and I told him I would hand out his business card to all my friends in need of a tint job or detail. I wanted to give him more work. 2 weeks after my new truck was tinted, I noticed that my passenger front windows began to bubble and saw that there may have been a hair stuck in the tint. I called Hunter and left a message. No call back for 3 days. I texted and called him again, I wanted to give this kid a chance to redeem his quality of work. He called back and said he was out of town which I totally understood. I made another appointment with him the following week. I didn't want to waste his time, so I asked him that my daughter's car needed tinting as well, and if he can give me a quote for a car detail as well. Again so I could give him work. I gave out his card to my neighbor who needed tint work and a weekly detail. My appointment was set. The day before my appointment, I called and left him a message, I texted, and wanted to pin down a time for the following day. No call , no show, no text. I called and texted him again. As the kids say these days..."I just got ghosted". This guy is punctual until he gets your money. But does not stand by his work. I spoke with all my friends at work, they say he's done good work in the past. I gave him SEVERAL CHANCES. No call, no text, no show. Bummer. Hope that one day, this kid learns his lesson. He did such a great job that I had decided to have a full wrap done on my truck. I've always wanted to change the color of my truck so I gave Hunter a chance to wrap it. I would highly recommend him to do anyone's vehicle. It changed the whole look of the truck. He was very affordable and works in a very timely matter. I was very concerned about the little factory dots on my windows. I dont remember the guys name that answered me but he assured me that the dots would not be a problem. They did not disappoint! I just tinted the two front windows and the windshield. The tint sits over the little factory dots with no problem at all. You can't even tell. The UV blocking tint prevents my arms amd legs from getting super hot on long trips back to my hometown in central CA. These guys are quick, friendly, and do a great job!
