I feel like the springs had already lasted longer than they should have lasted, but of course these things always happen at bad times. I probably should have been more proactive. Since I had such a positive experience with ADM (Andre) 12 years ago, I called him first without going through the vetting process I did in 2014. I have recommended ADM to others several times over the years, but this was the first time I spoke with Andre myself since his last visit. It was as if no time had passed. Andre was still as responsive and personable as he was the last time I spoke with him. He came over and replaced the springs, bearings, and rollers. We had a great chat while he was here which I very much appreciate. As before, the cost was again honest and fair with no surprises. I will continue to confidently recommend ADM (Andre).
