My reasoning for not giving five stars is that the invoice did not give a dollar breakdown of each service, and I thought it was pretty expensive for realigning a door, replacing the cables on and doing a service lube job on both garages, only spending roughly three hours on the job. Outside of that I probably would use local garage doors again but will be getting other quotes on services before hiring them.

This left our garage door slightly ajar and was something we needed to have fixed quickly. We sent out a request to a bunch of garage door repair companies and Ryan's garage was quick to reply and get a technician out within an hour. The technician Dan was quick to diagnose the problem and have a replacement ready and fixed. What made a great value was that he explained the problem to me and explained how I could prevent it in the future. Things like this are never cheap but having someone come out and explain how I can make sure this isn't a problem in the future is worth a lot.
