Keep your eyes peeled for the cute colorful stand! There are a variety of flavors, such as strawberry, banana, lime, margarita, peach, pina colada, blue raspberry, pink lemonade, etc., as well as toppings (such as cream, Ghirardelli chocolate, marshallows, etc.), specialty flavors, and signature items. Iceys come in 3 sizes -Kiddie, Regular, and Jumbo! I had The Buzz (that had cherry, grape, and blue raspberry) and the Weekend at the Beach (with green apple, red raspberry, and peach) - OMG - the shaved ice was smooth and wonderful in texture. The flavors were distinct, and compared to other iceys that are out there, this was not at all watered down and full of the punch! I loved that both a spoon and a straw were provided, and that the portions are oh-so-generous! The owners are so friendly and so welcoming - there's also a tent set up outside so that you can enjoy your treat with a nice breeze. Definitely check this small family-owned gem out - you won't be disappointed! I'm planning on checking this place out most of the weekends! I wouldn't recommend them both together but separately they are both scrumptious. The tamarindo is sour! So be prepared if you like tart or sour this is for you!! My boyfriend opted for the strawberry, coconut, and passion fruit. It's true that they make their own flavors I witnessed it! There are pieces of legit fruit in them!! So delicious and unlike a classic snow cone. Each is prepared diligently with a tried and true process to get the right shape and packing of the snow particles properly. We have so-called shave ice here in Boston but it's not like Ono Wai's. These are served with ice cream at the bottom - YUM- and a drizzle of sweet cream on top! It's like 2 desserts in one because by the time you get to the bottom, the flavored ice made the ice cream frosty and sweet - like a creamsicle- but better! The hardest part of ordering this little cup of heaven is choosing the flavors - they have 25 - and apparently they are imported from Hawaii. Thankfully, my family ordered different flavors so I was able to try a variety. They were all rich and flavorful. I'll be back Ono Wai - I'll be back!
