The entire staff has great team work, positive energy and great customer service. The chocolates are reasonably priced for gourmet chocolates (~$1-3 each) and taste good, with something like three cases to choose from. Service was fast, but they forgot to package some of our chocolates. When we called about the issue, they did offer us a refund. On the other hand, the pricing of the pastries was astronomical. The one we bought (white rose) cost $18, when I've had a similar pastry in Arlington, VA that only cost $11. Taste-wise, it was fine. They also offer gelato and gift boxes, but we didn't buy any so I can't comment on them. The back of the shop is decently sized and has one or two tables for people to sit at, but the part of the shop that goes past the chocolate cases is very narrow. If somebody has a walker/wheelchair/stroller, or a group in front of you forms a cluster, you probably won't be able to move past them.
