Was happy enough to take the commission when we took the insurance policy out. But has been absolutely horrendous to work with to get paperwork updated with Trust changes. Insisting I pay the renewal 'if the insurance is important to me', but not doing anything with the company she works with to get this insurance to get paperwork updated accurately!
