She made sure that I received the two-car policy discount. Not only that, Yolanda called the State Farm office (in another state where I own a house) and spoke with the agent about setting up a retroactive discount for my home owners policy--because I've been with State Farm for my cars (and my house in the other state) but I did not realize I qualified for a multi-policy discount on my house!
