I'd say the dealer down the street would have been cheaper . Not to mention the garage looks about as organized as a child's room after play time . Junk everywhere . Total bill was 1000 for 2 jobs . Because of an underlying issue , my truck failed to start . It was -25 . When I asked to borrow a screwdriver to jump the starter , the look I got provoked my next comment "Do you want me to put a deposit on your tool bud ?" Let's remember something , my truck is sitting in front of their garage door and a screwdriver is maybe $5 . The guy did loan me a tool but he sure hesitated . I did get my truck going too , and it , or anything else I ever own will never go into that parking . Rarely do I sub out my mechanical work , I've done my own for 3 decades . When I did , and used A-Tech , it was a brutal reminder as to why . BTW , when you see the parking lot full of vehicles that never get fixed , it's a sign of incompetence . What was I thinking when I got that outfit to do work for me . BHOW !!

They called me into the shop and pointed out the defect that had to be corrected. Workmanship for the repair was quick and everything was meticulously looked after. I had a terrible experience at Lube City, I had a fuel filter changed on my diesel. I was in the…read moreshop for four hours, and a tow truck had to haul my truck to the dealership to get it fixed. They claimed the problem was with my truck, which the dealership said it was from the improper install. So I talked to the manager of the Lube City and he would not refund my money from the oil change or the bill from the dealership. I had to talk to their Vice president and threaten to put a write up in the Stony Plain reporter before he would even call the dealership. After he called the dealership he finally agreed to refund my money. I would not recommend Lube City to anyone I know. They talk about there warranty, if anything goes wrong, but if it does they just blame it on something else so they are not responsible. I hope they close the doors on this business, if this is how they are going to operate.
