Absolute rip off company. Tows your vehicle from a parking lot - THAT IS NOT POSTED AS A TOW AWAY ZONE - from Springfield, MA Worthington St near Theodore's. Tow it NOT to their yard in Springfield... but all the way out to Ludlow - so they can charge you more! Then charge you for late night service, late night pick up, and storage.... when they towed it at night, had it less than one hour and charged me $375 for it! Motherfkrs. I got my car towed, the people were very rude, and stole everything! Everything except the paint and the gas. AWFUL!

These guys are awesome. The tow truck driver Andy was so helpful and so nice, and the people back of the office that I called today we're equally wonderful. Listen it is what it is you have to get your car towed and I know 90% of the tow truck companies I've ever had to deal with have been jerks. But these guys were great. read more

If I could rate no stars I would this place is a SCAM. They will take and tow your car just to make a BUCK. You could standing right there and the give some made up excuse into why they have to tow your car. I've even seen them do it illegally l. Upon arriving to there location they also ruined another person car breaking the axel and rim making it undriveable after in there possession. The cashiers/ tellers very rude uses profanity although there's a sign posted sayin you can . I also use to deliver here and they don't tip .buyer before the whole place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM.i wouldn't buy a car or sell one here either they would barely give any money for a working car but sells cars with nothing but check engine lights after they erase the codes SCAM. read more

STAY FAR AWAY from this tow company. They are crooks and in bed with the state police. The lift gate on my box truck detached from my truck. My driver promptly pulled to the side of the road. I was going to use a different service which would have cost $400-$500 to secure my liftgate. However, the state trooper who showed up made me use this service. They sent three trucks and ended up charging me five thousand, two hundred and seventy-five dollars, yep you're not seeing things, $5275.45. As I was trying to come up with the payment, Nick, the dispatcher?, stated, my truck makes $675/hr and his driver makes $295/hr and time is ticking. Total thieves. They should not be allowed to service the public. If you see them pulling up to your broken down vehicle on the side of the road, you're in trouble. read more

I understand people need to make a $ and it's their job...but they sat around and waited for my car to violate the parking ban and get a ticket and then proceeded to two my car. (I am not from this area nor do I have a TV so I was unaware of the ban - I'm a dumby, I know). But what really gets me is that they cam 15 miles away to take my car so they could charge a higher mileage fee. Then my car got stuck in the snow in their parking lot and two men sat around and watched as my roommate and another lovely woman (who was a neighbor that had her car taken as well) pushed my car out. Very horrendous people with no character if you ask me. I am officially broke because they just look to take advantage in every way possible. read more

Everyone here was incredibly helpful. I was rear ended in 90 W and my car was totaled, from the tow truck driver, to dispatch, to the guy who helped me get all of my stuff out of my car (an embarrassing amount of stuff) everyone was great. read more

They arrived earlier than projected. After a mix-up and overcharge the owner CJ contacted me a few weeks later to reimburse my expenses and rectified the matter. Any owner that does that is top-notch in my book. read more
