By the time hers got out, mine was cold. Once I sat down I checked my receipt an sure enough, I had been charged for the missing drink. I went to ask about it and was told it was self serve. I found no tea so I went back up and was told it was in the fountain machine. I finally found it only to have it dispense water. I went to report that.
