I never had an experience of taking detailed pictures, and X-rays of my teeth then combining everything to show a 3D pictures of my teeth alignment, gums, and areas of concerns. Dr. Farr then presented the 3D pictures and showed me some of my bad habits, like grinding my teeth while sleeping. The area that shows loss of enamel and why my tooth is chipping. receding gum, in some areas. All caused by grinding my teeth. He provided recommendations to fix the issues. I fractured an upper front tooth biting into a sandwich with a large flat tooth pick in it. Dr Farr's front office was able to get me in for an evaluation within 30 mins of my call. A digital x-ray was taken, Dr Farr was able to temporize/stabilize my tooth and scheduled me for further examination and imaging within a week to determine final treatment. It's been 1 1/2 years since I visited the dentist. I was worried about exposure to COVID and how much cleaning they were going to need to do to my teeth! The office was clean with socially distance protocols in place. The hygienist was thorough in explaining all the safety measures that were in place in preparation for my visit. My wife and I called the office to see if they take our insurance and they do Delta dental ppo. However the office says they are not excepting new patients who have Delta dental so another words if I was paying cash they would take us. Had my first cleaning during COVID-19 in September 2020. They have taken amazing healthcare precautions! I'm truly impressed! If your dentist moved 300 miles away, would you still make appointments and travel that distance. I would. He is that good. I have had many different types of procedures from bondings and crowns to a dental implant. Dr. Farr does fabulous work. His team is professional, friendly and always there to answer your questions and explain what the procedures will involve. I understand people don't enjoy having to go to the dentist but teeth are important to maintain and when you do need to go you can be sure you will be in good hands. My wife had a wisdom tooth extracted today. During the consult visit he said that he would prescribe pain medicine to control the pain. Today she tried 3 times to get him to follow through with what he said. She left with nothing.
