I have been going to see Dr Sienella now for over a year. I've had my initial doctor visit and 3 cleanings in about a year and a half. I'm very happy with the quality of care. The office staff are pleasant. The dental hygienists are excellent and pleasant to interact with during cleanings and procedures. I highly recommend Dr Sienella T. I'm very happy I switched dental practices and found such a well educated, excellent dentist. The office is extremely clean and functions well as well. I booked an appointment with Dr. Thomaszadeh after my dentist-nervous mom raved about her. First, their covid plan is on point-- patients wear masks and are never crowding the desk or halls, staff is fully outfitted, and their communication around keeping both staff and patients safe is really excellent. You text them to let them know when you've parked, and they let you know when they are ready for you to mask up and walk in. A staff member will meet you outside of the front door, hit you with a cute forehead thermometer, and then you'll be ushered in and shown to your exam room. They'll let you know when to take off your mask. I've been one to err heavily on the side of caution where covid is concerned, so I was a bit nervous for my first appointment, but their safety practices put me totally at ease. They're busy, but appointments aren't a huge struggle to get here, which is a huge relief. If I had an emergency, I feel confident that I could get my needed care quickly. The office and dental hygiene and dental assistant staff here is warm, professional, and really great, as is Dr. Thomaszadeh herself. Dr. Thomaszadeh is a straight shooter, and presents observations, options, and recommendations in a way that is friendly, educational, and helpful-- without feeling like a sales pitch. I switched dentists a few years ago after my last practice was bought out. My original dentist was someone who remembered me when I came in, offered free whitening for a special event I had coming up, and his staff was always pleasant. The new dentist that bought the practice was chronically late and basically did the bare minimum when he finally did come in to review my x-rays. His own dental hygienist had to basically shame him into not standing me up for the third time. The office staff was disorganized and unresponsive. The final straw was when they didn't call me back to reschedule a cancellation and failed to call when I had an outstanding bill due to my address changing. Dr. Thomaszadeh and her staff have been such a breath of fresh air. The doctor was super thorough and informative when she reviewed my x-rays with me (not AT me) and I learned things about my teeth that no dentist had ever even mentioned before. She took her time and was very professional, but obviously cared that I was a person and not just a name on the list. I've had a few cleanings now and my hygienist, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She gives specific feedback on areas to pay attention to and is always kind, but thorough without making my mouth hurt. I also appreciate that this practice uses technology for appointment reminders and their office staff is organized. My employer offered an HSA plan last year, so I wanted to wait for enough funds to collect in it and pay for my dental bill that way, which would have made it past due since the HSA was so new and didn't have much of a balance. This office worked with me on the billing no problem so that I could pay using the HSA instead of out of pocket. I recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone. They are the kind of people that belong in healthcare. read more

I came in for a standard cleaning plus x rays. Half way through the visit the secretary came into the room to mention to me that my insurance is not taken by the dentist. I mentioned that it's late To be telling me this.​ I received the bill for $ 348.00 I called and talked with the dentist and mentioned to her about the situation. I told her that i would pay them a reasonable price but not the full price. She disagreed. Now it went to collections with more fees taxed on. I see this dentistry as a shaddy business and not willing to work with me since their secretary made the mistake. I cant give less than star here. From the start of the appointment to finish, Dr. Thomaszadeh and her caring staff offered the best service, making me feel safe and comfortable. Beth Anne gave me one of the best cleanings I have ever had and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. During my exam, Dr. Thomaszadeh was thorough and clearly explained what she was seeing and what options were available to me. The office is extremely clean and there were several safety protocols in place such as waiting in my car when I arrived, rather than the waiting room, and having my temperature checked at the door that made me feel that the office cares about the well-being of the patients.
