I found out about this place from my mom, who bought a facial package here. So far, so good! I ended up getting one with them and have gone for two sessions so far. The extractions are super painful but whenever they're not painful at other places, I find that my face isn't that clean. I've found that my skin complexion has ready improved overall. You can put a deposit down for the package, and pay a little each time you go. I like that they have lockers in your facial room, and you get to hold on to the key so you know your stuff is safe. My only complaint is that it can get noisy in the reception area. It's not too relaxing during the mask part when all you want is some peace and quiet. Worth checking out! read more

Negative star would be what I can give. They charged me extra for services that they didn't do and I know it because my friend was next to me and she had her facial longer by 40 minutes again this week. Background story, i go not too frequently and sometimes in months. But i also log in on my phone on what Kind of packages i do and the # of times i went following my account. i had upgraded my package but they cross out and white-outed the side note of my upgrade in their book that listed i paid $100 more. And when i asked why was my account like that with the white outed part, they said oh it's "nothing" a mistaken only. They cheated me enough. I aint going back. Stay away! read more

If someone tells you their extractions doesn't hurt, they're probably not cleaning it properly. I've been coming to CK2 for the past 2 years and have had an overall good experience. I paid $650 for a package of 10 extraction facials (that also includes additional add-ons) which I thought was a fairly good price. The facials always end up lasting about 2 hours as they spend a lot of time cleaning EACH pore on your face. I really like their attention to detail and that always keep me going back. Now their downsides: The front desk always seem like a mess. Every time I come in they tell me I haven't paid my balance (which I did), can't find my account, or mistake my account for another. Seriously hire someone to man the front desk full time because it's driving people away. I also don't like their business model. Sometimes they spend too much time on extractions and they'll tell me we have to cut this portion of the facial out because there's not enough time. I paid for all these services and I hope to receive all of it. If the facial is going overtime and there are more clients waiting I wouldn't mind but when they're not busy and cutting time, that's not right. If these issues are not resolved, I will not be buying anymore package from them even though it does wonders for my face. read more

Kelly is the best esthetician I've ever had. I've been going to her for facials and eyebrow shaping for over 10 years. I moved out of the area but still make a point to seek out her services each time I come home. Nobody I've gone to does as good a job as she does. She used to work for another day spa but started CK2 a few years ago. Though the spa offers other services such as massage, make up, and waxing, I love the facials. The best deal is the facial packages (10 facials for a set price) but the best deal is when CK2 is running a promotion. All facials include eyebrow shaping too. I purchased a package the last time CK2 ran a promotion so not only do I get a facial, I also get an eye treatment. Facials are between $55-$80 if purchased a la carte but if you decide to purchase a package, it is just deducted from your balance. E.g. Buy 10, deduct 1=9 facials left. I have very sensitive skin and the products used here are either Sothy's or GM Collin so I don't break out afterwards. The facial treatments are about 2 hours long and include: facial cleansing, steam, extractions if needed, high frequency electric current (to kill bacteria), serum, eyebrow shaping, face and décolletage massage, base mask, and a soft mask. The serums and masks differ based on what my skin concerns are at the moment. Kelly takes care to customize each facial to my specific needs or concerns. All services take place in a private room which is nice. I've been to other day spas in the neighborhood and often, the set up is one big room with other customers. Not the most relaxing experience. She doesn't rush through the treatment so I walk out refreshed. I've gone to other spas that cost 2-3 times more and take half the time so if I can, I wait until I can come to Brooklyn. read more

Have been coming here since 3 years ago and never thought about changing to another skin care center! The price is so reasonable but the service will surprise you! People here are so nice and professional. Just by looking at your skin and they would know which package is the best for you! They also have massage, waxing , and other services here. They never charge you extra when the facial is done, unlike some other stores. And they always have a promotion with very good deal! I highly recommended this spa. read more

What a great spa. I tried the algo mask the service was $85 for a 2 hour facial. Cleaning, exfoliation, extraction, massage from face to upper back and the mask. They also used there facial instrument one was to penetrate the serum deeper into my skin and the other instrument was to kill bacteria. I was very happy with the service. I came in for an eyelash perm today for $30. The lady told me that the process would be an hour and a half long. I went ahead and got it done anyway since I'm there. She ask if I wanted very curled, medium curled or naturally curled. So I said I want it to be curled but still looks natural. As a result, my lashes turned out to be not curled at all and my right eyelashes are slightly lifted than my left, they were so uneven. The left lashes doesn't look like it's been permed at all. This isn't my first time getting eyelash perm. I've had my eyelashes permed and it usually took around 45mins. This wasn't a good experience. I felt like my time and money were wasted for nothing. read more
