It was my mom's birthday and I wanted to treat her to a couple massage and facial. I thought her and I would be sharing a room but nope, that was not the case. Instead, they had use different room so I guess their definition of couple massage is that you arrive at the same time. When we arrived, they seem super busy which was fine. We waited a bit and was assigned to a masseuse and asked to go to separate rooms. My masseuse did the usual massage and honestly I only thought it was okay. I think this is also due to language barrier so my massage felt generic. As for the facial, I did that too and at one point I felt like I was just laying there a little too long and was getting anxious. When I was done, the owner (I believe) was very aggressive to get me to sign up with a plan before paying. I thought that was a bit annoying because he was killing my zen. Overall, I thought this place was only okay. I rather have the owner be more aggressive to ask me before getting my massage where I would like my masseuse to focus on so that he can convey to her. My appointment was for 6:30, I didn't end up leaving the establishment until 9. 2.5 hours seems like an excessive amount of time to get a facial. I found this place on Groupon and decide to give myself a day of pampering. I started with a massage from Mimi which was okay. I felt like she was winging half of it because she was ready for it to be done. She was shaking me a lot which made be nauseous because I ate about 20 minutes prior to arrival. Mimi also did my facial which was amazing. I feel like her specialty is facials and they told her just do my massage as well. I walked by this spot many times and I finally decided to go in and ask about lash lift..then the front desk talked about how good their lash extension are and I decided to give them a chance and made an appointment with my friend who they sold about uv gel. we came back the next day and this is what we got as result. I showed them a picture what I ask for and I ask if it's possible to do it like that or similar then they were so confident and said of course. I wanted to be clear cus my lashes is very short and troublesome. if they couldn't have done it confidently I rather switch to a lift. Of cus they lied and as result my lashes is horrible please look at my photos! I had lashes done before and I know 140 don't know look this little and my back they couldn't finish on both side. It took 2 hours to get it done and I am super disappointed!! then the staff their still compliments and say it look amazing and etcs. my friend on the other hand went for uv gel session had her horrible and worst experience ever as well. it was 2 hrs from 5-7pm and as an result they mess up so badly like painted on the skin and overlined and very bumpy. There was an email address to reach out to book but they never responded. I called and was able to book. I was also able add someone to the reservation and turned it into a couples massage.
