CKC Home Inspection, inspected my New Construction. Did an excellent job, very thorough and detailed. As this was a new build I am glad he was able to inspect the inside structure prior to dry wall as he found multiple defects that needed attention from the Project manager that would otherwise went unnoticed and covered up by the dry wall, leaving the home structure not as secure for longevity. The final inspection report was detailed as well. Thorough inspection! CKC Home inspection took their time to test water pressure, and appliances, light switches...etc. Found damage and items that needed correction that I had looked at but did not detect. Answered any and all questions during inspection and follow up questions after the report was completed.
