With the upgrade from Cazillia, it is a night and day difference and am very happy with the sound system now. I am an audiophile and appreciate clarity and presence. I should have done it a while ago. Mark and his team were professional, courteous, timely. They did an excellent job. Not a spot on the interior and everything perfectly re-assembled. Mark is very knowledgeable about sound design and took the time to sit with me and discuss options. I wanted an option that used factory locations and he installed a system that fits in the existing structure and sounds excellent. If I had the need, I would contract with him again in a heartbeat.

Seriously above and beyond level of service…read more Shawn not only got everything installed beautifully, from and Android Auto head unit and navigation, with a new backup camera and satellite radio hookups, he did so on a crazy schedule that we changed on him at the last minute. We were preparing our truck for a trip and our mechanics really messed up, leaving us with only one day and evening to get the stereo job done so the truck would be ready to go for our road trip. Shawn had never promised to get it done that quickly, but nevertheless he saw we were in a tight spot and he stayed late into the night getting our install done so we could leave on time. Even though everything was very last minute, he didn't compromise on installation quality or attention to detail. Every millimeter of installation space is beautiful. The backup camera he installed is perfectly aligned. The USB ports he added were placed thoughtfully and securely behind an existing power port. He even took the time to do the firmware updates in the head unit before handing it off, so we would not be stuck waiting on software updates before our road trip - a real gentleman! In brief - Shawn really went the extra mile for us on a multipart and time-sensitive install. If we need automotive electronics or related labor again in the future, we will not be shopping around. We'll just ring Shawn and Cinemagic, because we know we can depend on them.

They installed the living shit out of that remote starter system, let me tell you. Everything from start to finish was fan-flappin-tastic. First I got to talk to Nina who helped me pick out the right package for this install. Then when I came in and met all the people there - Nina's sister being one of them (Sorry Nina's sister, I would probably remember your name if you had the same first name as someone I once crushed on - but since you didn't... hey, at least your husband remembers it, be thankful for that.) Then I came in but I needed to get work done so Nina set up a makeshift remote workstation made up of boxes that I put my laptop and extra monitor on and got to work while they got to work on the car. It took two hours to complete the install and Matthew, who did the install, walked me through remote starting it and downloading the drone app for smartphone-based starting. Matthew is so fucking cool. (How cool is he?) I'm glad you asked. He is so cool, that if i were 1/10 as cool as he is, I'd be the second coolest person on earth. Actually third, Nina's gotta be in there somewhere. I purchased several subwoofers and multiple sub boxes from this company, and I even used to hang out at the old store during the dB Drag events, where Ed would personally talk with me. Things changed after I had an issue with one of my purchases that I felt was never made right. Instead of resolving the problem the way I expected, Ed built me a custom sub box that ended up being about one-tenth the size I had requested. To make matters worse, he later threatened to sue me for slander after I shared my experience, even though everything I said was truthful to the best of my knowledge and based on my personal experience.

Let me first say I am not a person that likes letting others work on my car. I have been…read moredisappointed more often than not when I do. Applying tint to car windows is something that someone who doesn't know better might think is easy. Well, I know better. I am very happy with the tinting that Car Tunes did on my vehicle yesterday. I didn't have good light to look after it was completed last evening but I just got a good look at it. It may take a while at the current temperatures (currently less than 20 degrees) for the tint to cure and it will probably be several weeks before I roll the windows down. But I currently don't see any reason to not be very happy with their work. I have at least one other car I want tinted so I am sure I will see them again. Thank You Car Tunes!
