I drove more than two hours to pick it up, but shortly after getting on the highway, multiple error and malfunction warnings appeared. I immediately brought the vehicle back. When I asked about having the car taken to a mechanic closer to my home, I was told that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. However, I had just driven it for nearly an hour on the highway after being told it was ready for pickup. This situation is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the quality of the repairs and the communication regarding the vehicle's condition. They offered to deliver the vehicle for my inconvenience. No mention of a fee, then when it was ready wanted to charge me $300 dollars in gas.

We were provided with a price, a time to bring the car in, and the expected date of its return (5 business days in total). We dropped the car the night prior to the appointment in their lockbox. We received a call a day earlier than promised and were told the car was ready. Upon pick-up, we found what looked like our car when we drove it off the new car dealer's lot 4 years earlier.
