The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Coleman did a full spine exam and initiated treatment on my neck. Dr. Hackmack always confirms my suspicions: a rib is out, my hip is tilted, etc. He has fit me in during an emergency and made sure I was cared for to relieve my pain. He has never made me sign a contract for a set amount of visits, or locked me into a never ending plan.
