I got Apple Car Play fitted unfortunately didn't work and the screen kept going off while driving…read more The guys fitting it were really nice and helpful. After multiple attempts going back and forth to the garage, I asked for it to be removed as made my car unusable. Communication was terrible for sorting anything out emails were constantly ignored, and I would ring up and get told they would email me back, this was a constant thing and not a one-off. Eventually got it removed however after paying nearly 1k in total I got less than half of that back as they charged me for the labour of fitting removal and every time I had a problem with it they charged the labour for that. I only had the car play in for around 4/5 months so still should have been under warranty from TTW that fitted it. However, I just wanted it gone and to not deal with them again so didn't bother taking it any further. If everything works fine TTW is probably good and ok priced, but if you think you may have any problems with equipment working on your vehicle, avoid at all costs!

Rather than ask my friend for the receipt, I had hoped that I could simply exchange them. The earrings were still sealed and in the box and I would have been happy to put more money towards a more expensive pair if needed. The shop was busy when I arrived, but I was greeted with a cheery "Can I 'elp yer darlin' " ? by a member of staff. I explained the situation and that I did not have the receipt as they were a gift. I was advised that "nothing could be done if the seal's been broken, darlin' ". I assured her that they were still sealed and presented the box to her. She examined them and then asked for the receipt. I explained (in simpler terms this time) that they were a gift, only to be told that "nothin' can be done wi'aht a receipt, cos we have to run the numbers through the til as proof of payment. Sorry darlin' ". I walked out of the shop. Are H Samuel really telling me that anyone who is bought a gift from them (especially over the Christmas period) is expected to produce a receipt if they want to exchange something that may not be suitable. And if nothing could be done without the receipt, why ask if the goods were still sealed ? I could understand it if I had been asking for a refund. Anyway, I will ask my friend for the receipt and I will be going back to this shop. But this time, I will ask for a refund and I will go to the jewellers opposite. I'll be avoiding H Samuel at all costs from now on. Darlin'.
Tell your friends about this original, alternative clothing store/boutique that stocks great brands…read moreand looks amazing. The products are always very nice and last a while and the layout is well done because everything is in the correct place and order for ease of browsing. The staff are really really friendly and will help you choose your purchase and just have a general chat. Local art work, cds and accessories are also sold and this makes the place feel more complete. If you love alternative clothing, visit here and you will have to come again. The window displays are always lovely and deserve a lot of credit because they are usually hand painted. The products can be expensive but are more unique than a lot of high street stuff.

This particular store located near an upper entrance to the centre is very small, however there is a decent range of products. They often have special offers on where you can get things such as 3 pairs of earings for £6 which is a really good offer. Their sales are great too because everything becomes really cheap. They do ear piercing and are very quick and professional at this i think they have a lot of young girls coming for their ears pierced and its always done with minimal fuss. The staff are really friendly and helpful and quick at serving you too.
A great shop for budget hair accessories and jewellery, with discounted prices. The shop is very small and cluttered, and the check out is on a central island in the store, meaning you have to queue and weave between the stock. There is usually a shop assistant at the door offering baskets, which I feel is unnecessary, I manage to get my own basket in every other shop I go in! On the whole though, the staff are pleasant and well presented, and the goods are great value for money and good quality.

The price for the piercing was fine, however I was not told how expensive the earrings were until the moment I was paying for everything. When I was first looking through the earrings which were offered to me, you would hope that the people working in the shop would let you know if you were about to buy earrings which are nearly £100! These earrings were in the set they give you to choose from but there was no price indication on there. If I'd had known they were that expensive I'd have never gotten them. My ears were crying blood and I was crying on the inside - I left the shop looking like I'd been in some bizarre accident, blood all over my new top... Also, the shop smelt like cigarettes and must. I seriously would advise against getting pierced here, and if you buy clothes here, you may need to wash them to get rid of the smell... An experience to be sure, just not sure it was a good one.

It starts with "oh it'd be a shame to walk past without having a look" soon followed by "I guess there'd be no harm in just trying on a few things" which of course leads to me dragging half of the shop to the fitting room, and ultimately concludes with my debit card being handed over at the till. I cannot resist! The selection of clothes here is just fabulous. Whenever I go to Cow I always take a bucket-full into the fitting room with me, but I'm normally only left with a few things I actually like, however in Sheffield I faced the dilemma of wanting to buy everything I'd picked up - oh dear! This of course, could be purely coincidental. But I like to think it's the result of some clever work going on behind the scenes. Furthermore, the actual amount of selection seems spot on. What I mean is, it's not overwhelmingly cluttered, but neither is it overly selective with not much choice. As for the layout, that seems to strike the balance also. It is neither rough, ready and warehouse-esque (like Birmingham Cow) nor overly generic/high-street (Manchester Cow) i.e. it's totally user friendly whilst retaining its individual quirk. Right on! Pricing here seems to be very reasonable also, most dresses coming in around the £15 mark. I managed to bag myself a minidress and a pair of dungarees for £30 - scwhing. Hmmm what else? Oh...attractive retail assistants? Always a plus.

Everything is catagorised really well too, all the bags together , dresses in one, skirts in another..I managed to pick up a real italian leather skirt for £18!
