Lady named Angel was the "manager" in store when we came in with an exchange today she was very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't even let us speak as every time I went to say a word, she spoke over me. I asked her to listen to what I am trying to tell her and she slammed the return policy down in front of us. We read the return policy and asked her where on that policy sheet states that we cannot do an even exchange. She then said well I guess it's not on there...... HUH ? So why did you just slam it down in front of us ? she refused to do the even exchange with PROOF OF PURCHASE. Absolutely disgusting read more

before i began my review i want to start off by acknowledging back in February a nice young lady pierced my 2 sons ears and did an amazing job she was so well rounded on the In-an-out piercings! fast forward June I go in to seek assistance with the same piercings received at this store and the younger lady wasnt there but the Manager was! she was rude and didn't speak, I spoke to her she was quick with her responses toward me and basically told me she couldn't assist me and proceeded to helpI g someone else! I than told her the younger lady is more social and people friendly! visit any other claire's! You won't be disappointed like me. read more

This place is terrible. One on the receipt doesn't say FINAL sale on jewelry it's actually showing the price if you return it under each UPC. Second, the lady who checked me out NEVER said they were finale sale. Or else I would've NEVER bought $90 worth!! I get that once it opened you can't return it. But I only opened ONE out of all 6 I purchased. Everything was in original packaging, never touched. I went to return it at the galleria mall and she told me that it was finale sale. After letting her know that my nose swelled up because it's FAKE titanium isn't my problem. This is why I don't purchase jewelry stores that aren't tattoo places. I'm allergic to all metals but titanium so I got excited. Yah FAKE jewelry!!! I wore it for like two days and my nose is now swollen and it got stuck in my nose. Had to force it out. Now my real jewelry won't go in and I'm horrible pain. Might have to re do it again. Thanks a lot Clair's. I already spoke to corporate. Their system constantly goes off. They couldn't take debit the last few times I've visited. It will be working, and then when you're ready to pay, you can't. I find myself always leaving with a disappointed child. Finally learned my lesson this time and won't be back. It's worth it to drive to another location because staying is always a waste of time. read more

The workers were friendly and helpful, lots of varieties of earrings price ranges from $5.99 to as much as I saw $35.99 but maybe they have higher prices for the earrings in cases. Today they had buy 3 get 3 on the whole store which was a great deal. They have hair clips, necklaces, diaries, pop sockets, cases, plushies and so much more. It's a great store for the little ones that like girlie stuff. My 6 year old had here basket filled to the top with a variety of things she wants for Christmas. They also do walk in ear piercing, I over heard someone ask if they do nose piercing and I don't think they do unfortunately. read more

I went into Claire's about a situation of that earrings, irritating my daughter ears being sensitive to earrings , and how I needed to exchange it because it wasn't comfortable for her and Emily told me the right earrings that I should use to try out. She was very nice and very patient showing us around the store. Told me about the rewards membership. I've been shopping at Claire's for years and never knew that they had a rewards plan. I would not recommend getting a babies ears pierced here. Maybe a teenager but probably not any younger. I got my baby's ears done at 6 months and they are still not healed. One actually bended and I couldn't take it off the baby. I called them and they told me to go to earring shop or the hospital. I went to the earring shop and they told me it looks like it happened when the gun was used. She took the "Diamond" earrings we bought at claire's and put way better earrings on that were not pointy at the end. I wish I would have just gone there instead. read more

Just a quick note about a great experience I received last night. I had an appointment for 6pm to get a 2nd earlobe piercing. Emma took me in early, pierced over an old existing, but closed piercing perfectly. Emma gave clear & concise after care instructions. She was running the store by herself (for whatever reason), she stayed calm & attentive to the store & to me the whole time. I came in here today to buy a few gifts for my friends 8 year old daughter who just got her ears pierced. I remember back in the day shopping at Claire's and all the fun selections they had for earrings. This location is in the Centennial shopping center and I was happy I didn't have to drive all the way to the mall. Overall selection of earrings and accessories was awesome and I knew I would definitely find something here. The store was also well organized and clean. The reason I docked it a couple stars was because I was not overly impressed with the customer service I received. I had a couple question about finding earrings meant for nickel allergies and sensitive ears and I really felt like I was bothering the girl working behind the counter. She was actually kinda rude and all I wanted to know was where the nickel free earrings were. So I just ignored her and carried on looking throughout the store. I eventually found what I wanted. They had a deal going where if you buy 3 items you got 3 free. I spent around $30 and got her adorable earrings for pretty much every day of month. read more

I brought my five month old in the get her ears pierced. They told me not to remove her earrings for six weeks. The piercings looked a little low especially the one side but it didn't look too bad so I just left it as is. Six months later I removed the earrings to put a heavier stone in her ears and they were drooping below her lobe. I was very disappointed so I called them and they told me to remove the one side and wait for it to heal than bring her back in. Two months from then I came in to get it repierced but they said there was nothing they could do because it's been past sixty days. They didn't even have the paperwork I filled out. Don't they scan those things into their system? It's 2020! I took both earrings out of her ears and will take her elsewhere. They could have honored the one at least even though they both were done wrong. read more

It's a teen accessory store, but it was the closest thing around the house and I'm in a pinch for body jewelry. My tongue ring ball fell off and I didn't have extras at home. I could see the white new tissue forming so I had to get something. Here, they have cheap sets of bars and also just packs of ball replacements. Not all the designs in the packs were cute, but for $12 for 2 bars and like 8 ball designs, it's not bad at all. read more

Their products are very teen-esque. From cheaply made earrings to plastic pocket books. I use to buy a bunch of earrings from here, until I realized that after a while, the earrings would RUST. Plus, nearly half the amount I have bought ended up being curved or broken, so I couldn't use them (they usually would just fall out of my ear). This is what all their products are like, in the end. Everything is cheaply made, and over priced. The only reason I gave them three stars is because of the nail polish. I love nail polish. I love colors. They have bright colors, dark colors, sparkles, and glow in the dark ones- this, and this alone is why I gave them three and not two. It's the only thing I will go there for, unless I am buying a young girl her first makeup bag or something like that. read more

We had a really bad experience, when the lady pierced my daughters ears. She pierced her ears unevenly. When we went back to have them fixed, the manager gave us attitude. When we asked for a copy of the paperwork they refused to give us the copy. Also the lady just told us to call corporate and didn't help us with the problem at all. I would not recommend this place for any kids needing their ears pieced!!! read more

Awful. Was in there with my daughter today around 1pm. The girl was on the phone the whole time we were there. She was having a personal conversation , I know this because she was very loud and we could hear her whole conversation. I waited at the register and was about 2 feet from her. She wouldn't even acknowledge me or my daughter. When I finally told my daughter that she wasn't going to get off the phone to help us, she shouted at us as we were leaving that she would help us in a minute. Too late we left. Awful service. I was with a couple of friends and were trying to find a cheap place to get just ears pierced. We walk in around 3:25 and the rude worker said "do you have a question" and we answered so politely. She grabs the ID and asks if she has a parent or guardian. We were very confused because we are all of age of 18. The id stated 3/2/1999 according to the DMV of Nevada!!!
