She had me coming back every 2 weeks to keep dissolving more Filler instead of just doing it all at once so we could hurry and move on and refill. Nope Almost 3 months later she talks me into trying a 3 session purchase of microneedling instead of the Filler I wanted. I reluctantly agreed especially since she just lost her assistant and had to quickly hire and train a new girl. I made my first appointment. NGL pissed off. But went. I get there guess the receptionist couldn't do her one job and actually book the appointment. So I drive all the way there with my bf who already is mad about the situation and price and me not getting what I want. Anyway, apparently she wasn't trained properly in xeomin microneedling and she rushed me bc they forgot to schedule me so I got a half ass procedure and scarring. I knew something was wrong so I went to an actual plastic surgeon and explained all of this. Her jaw dropped. I went immediately to see if I could be civil and express my frustration with the office manager at Elements and see if I could get some reimbursement. What a joke. Supposedly the credit card machine was down at that moment. Coincidence? No! So she wrote my credit card info on paper, which is illegal and said when the machine was working that they would refund me partially and let me know. Well, not even an hour later I get a hostile kinda condescending aggressive laughable childish message from.the NP Karen who I had to ask to stop texting me bc It was harassment at this point. Then I blocked her. Ugh. Anyway, this all went down Wednesday. So. I still hear nothing by Monday. I called my bank. Guess what? No pending hold or deposit pending. I called Elements and asked to speak to the office manager and there's 2 btw but weirdly enough both are off on Mondays! Wait, it gets better. So I ask the girl.who answered the phone if they got the credit card machine fixed yet. SHE SAID THEY WERE NEVER DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! Speechless. I received a confirmation/reminder the evening before, clearly confirming that my appointment was at 7:00 AM at the Summerlin location. I live in the Henderson area, but I specifically chose the Summerlin office because my dermatology appointment was scheduled there. Since it is about a 40-minute drive each way from my home, I woke up and got ready before 5:00 AM so that I could leave early and arrive on time. I arrived at the office around 6:30 AM, only to find the doors locked and a sign stating that the office hours were 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. I tried calling the office even though it was not yet open, but the call went to an automated answering system. After waiting a few minutes, I received a last-minute message saying that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because no one was at the office. At that point, I had no choice but to leave. Shortly afterward, I received a call from someone I believe was from the front desk, who apologized for the scheduling mistake and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I appreciate the apology, but I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. How can a patient be scheduled for a 7:00 AM appointment when the office does not open until 7:30 AM? This was not a minor inconvenience. I spent considerable time getting ready before 5:00 AM, drove approximately 40 minutes each way, and arrived 30 minutes early, only to discover that the office was closed and that my appointment had been scheduled outside of the stated business hours. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel that my time was not respected, and the situation was extremely unprofessional. I hope the office takes steps to prevent this kind of scheduling error from happening to other patients in the future.
