I first discovered them while traveling to Texas through the airport. I love big thick barrettes, I spotted one and bought it, from that day forward I have been hooked. At one time Brighton was offering donations for breast cancer when a special limited charm bracelet was purchased, people would go on the 'list' pre- pay just to get one of these charmed bracelets. From that came hand bags and wallets, a few more barrettes and I started a 'add' a bead bracelet for my mom as well as for myself. The staff are always friendly, helpful, ready to help with selections. The purchase is wrapped with care, the presentation beautiful. There is a 'wish' list they will gladly help you put together, willing to notify your significant other and offer suggestions. The products are of great quality, stitching is tight and the heavy, silver overlay ornate hinges are covered with engraved etching that are just perfect! I can always find something in store or by website that satisfy my cravings for a vintage, feminine accessory.

My mom bought the purse, the wallet and key chain to match. I made it out alive with only purchasing a beautiful blue topaz ring for $50 while my mother left was taken for over $400. It put a smile on her face and that's all that matters to me. Do I recommend Brighton? Absolutely. Just be on the lookout for those saleswomen if you have a budget to stick to.

The explanation kept changing, and it was confusing to understand which promotion actually applied. On top of that, purchasing their protection plan was required, and the cost was based on the original price or MSRP, not the discounted price. By the end, the "sale" didn't feel like a sale at all. The promotions sounded great in marketing, but in-store they came with so many conditions that it felt deceptive rather than transparent.

Two weeks ago I made a purchase, an supposedly got all my discounts. When I came home, and checked my online order that I had prepared, but did not process. The three items I bought came to being $20.00 cheaper. Therefore, I returned the items I bought in store, and on line through the store, and processed my own on line order. Yesterday, I went to this LB, and bought approximately 12 items, 7, in store, and 5 on line. I asked the salesperson if I would get the same discounts as I saw on line, and I showed her the order on line with same items, and she said not only do they offer online savings, but I will get additional in-store savings. Two items were non-refundable, but she told me because customers order on line with them in store, and items cannot be tried on, they would not refund, but would offer n in store credit. Therefore, I agreed to do everything in store. The total for inshore and on line through store came to $412, and did not include a brown Henley I wanted. When I came home, and I was going to delete the online order before I processed, I looked and for the same items including the extra Henley came to $332. That is a savings of $80 cheaper, with an additional item. I processed the order, and plan on returning everything I bought in store or ordered on line through store, but I would like refund on the non-refundable items, since I bought them on line myself, and they were sold to me under false circumstances.

Amber had told me that I would not be able to get my items back without the receipt and I had since moved to Cali so I never had Them. So I never went in . I finally got them only to find out I could have gotten them sooner with just my license . Also I was charged 80.00 for items that were broken , no fault of my own but more factory problem. The Clasp was broken on one , and another the string just broke one day on the beaded bracelet . What a joke !! How can you charge on something that costs over 450.00 That is not your fault .
