My husband loves their broiled Cajun fish, fry so he ordered it again today. He got the baked sweet potato and mentioned how delicious it was. I went with the Greek Chicken Salad, a sheer delight with Greek dressing as well as tzatziki. The salad itself was built on a base of fresh mixed spring lettuces topped with pickled banana peppers, fresh grape tomatoes, sweet purple onions, sliced cucumbers. The grilled chicken cutlet was cut julienne and was strewn on top. Everything that I love in a salad. The plate was also garnished with a stack of baked flatbread triangles, which were nice and crisp! There is a variety of ways to order the tenders (from an add side to a kids meal all the way to a large dinner with fries and coleslaw) so there is an option for every budget and appetite. The fries were fine, nothing special. Looking over my bill, I thought the price for my dinner was reasonable for the quality and quantity I received. Skoob's Village Grille nails the vibe of being the bar in a small town where everyone goes to for a drink, classic bar food, and to relax with friends. If I have one nitpick, I think the service times need to be looked at and improved.
