I love Duffs, but this location is just OK. The service is incredibly inconsistent. There are times where servers are almost too attentive, but most of the time I feel like you have to chase someone down in order to get any attention. There are often really long waits (often time when the restaurant seems fairly empty). Overall, food is decent, but definitely not as good as I've had at the other Duff's locations. For example, one time I ordered my wings extra crispy and the wings were not crisp at all and the celery was also limp. It is decorated similar to the other Duff's with a sports bar type feel. But overall, this location falls short. Go to one of the other locations instead. read more

Great wings. I'm not a spicy food fan, but their bbq sauce is really good. My wings came a bit too greasy, although they were also crunchy. The team members working at Duff's are great, very welcoming. I was in the restaurant until a bit over closing time (10 pm) and they kept us very comfortable, allowing us to stay a bit more. Many TVs with all types of sports. This is a great place to come for some casual wings, especially by night when everything is closed and this is much better than a fast food!!! read more

Had to try some wings! Never been to Duffs! So was excited. Got the lemon pepper and medium sauce for 10 wings. Plus we tried the fried zucchini. Great looking place for groups or sporting events. I enjoyed the lemon pepper and think I could have gone hotter than the medium sauce. The zucchini fries comes with a Franks and blue cheese dip. Very good. I enjoyed it here. read more

Another Duff's delight. We came on Friday night for a party of 5 and there was no wait time. I actually prefer this location because they have loganberry soda. The flavors are the same as other Duff's at the mall. I cannot tell the different. The menus look different in design but all prices are the same. The restaurant is crowded and loud. Pleasantly surprised. Hadn't been to Duff's in over 10 years and unapologetically had low expectations based on previous experiences. This visit changed my mind. Wings were decent sized, with good flavor and texture. Pizza was surprisingly good. Server was friendly and efficient. Surroundings were fine. Place filled up quickly at lunch hour on a weekday. Nice to see this location appears to be doing well in spite of the demise of Eastern Hills Mall. Incidentally, that mall entrance also currently includes access to the Auto Bureau as well as a must visit EXCELLENT toy store and small shoe store that carries QUALITY brand shoes and boots. This a a great local wing spot. Their food is really good they have amazing thin cut fries. They have a lot of different types of wings they my family love. They have very good pizza also. I can't say enough about how thrilled I was with the wings here! The sauce was refreshingly different from what I'm used to back home in Kansas. The wings had that perfect tangy, vinegary flavor that a good buffalo sauce should have, and they certainly didn't skimp on it. The wings were drenched in sauce--just the way I love it! I'm not a fan of ranch or ketchup, so I really appreciated the super saucy wings because I could dip my fries, celery, and carrots right into the buffalo sauce. It was the perfect match for everything on the plate. In terms of heat, I typically go for the second spiciest option, but since I was on a business trip, I decided to play it a bit safer and ordered the "Hot" (third spiciest). I noticed signs on the table warning that it was quite spicy, but honestly, it wasn't overwhelming at all. It had a great kick without being too intense. The service was fantastic as well. I should have taken a picture of the interior, but it's what you'd expect with an inside filled with pepperoni and cheese. * Wings (x10 = 5 mild medium + 5 lemon pepper): These were a relatively nice size. They had a nice crisp, dry texture. You might even say the skin was a tad too dry. I enjoy dry rubs so both were really tasty. I liked the lemon pepper a tad more. * Fried bologna with pepper jack cheese and chips: This thing was super salty as heck. And it is what you'd expect, a thick slice of bologna and two slices of pepper jack cheese for an additional $1.29. There was also a packet of mayo which I suppose was meant to be added. That didn't add much to the flavor profile. The chips were meh. They seemed to have been over fried or super old. It just didn't seem fresh as far as chips goes. Overall the sandwich sounded unique and had to be tried, but after that, it's meh. You can easily make this at home for a lot cheaper. The wings were a solid pick. I LITERALLY ORDERED 100 WINGS I shared them with my 3 brothers. Luckily the wings were BUSSIN (I got the lemon peppaaaa and spicy bbq) , so we managed to eat them all. I wish I knew that for ranch would be an extra charge. Also the onion rings and fried pickles were nice. Met my wife here yesterday with her friend from work. I wanted to pay the whole tab, but her friend wouldn't let me. I then said let me at least pay for your drinks. We had Andrea and she said she would split the bill that way after she already gave us the total bill. Now in my past experience with waitresses in the past that this would confuse them. Andrea came back seconds later and had it right. She was a great waitress and always checking on us thru out dinner. Seems like you don't service like that anymore and we go out to eat several times a week. read more

Always amazing at Duffs. Let me start off with; "These wings are amazing." On our trip up to Buffalo for some meetings Helene and I had to make a stop at Duff's Famous Wings. We had just learned of location from the person that took us here for dinner. Located very conveniently in the shopping center. It's an easy in and out to any direction. Parking is a snap. Our incredible-delightful waitress came over as we came in and sat us. It wasn't busy so we really had a choice of where to go. One side was the restaurant, the other side, the bar. We really came in for to satisfy our need for wings and ordered 30 wings along with a burger and Beef on a Weck. and WOW, were they great. I always asked for them "a little crispy." Aren't they always a little crispy? I just want them with a bit more crunch then usual. They always nail it. These wings were medium-mild "Duff's Mild." Fantastic. Once you start eating them, you can't stop. But... we had to. We definately sat here a while to speak and all they did was t ask us if we wanted more. They were extremely cordial here. I wanted to come here because I needed another wing place besides the touristy Anchor Bar. The decor here isn't as eclectic. It's a real local sports bar. There are locals and TVs everywhere. Pizza logs were pretty large sized. If you imagine pizza rolls except better quality ingredients and then rolled up into the egg roll wrapping and deep fried, you'll know what this taste like. It was delicious and filling. Wings. I ordered 5 medium and 5 lemon pepper. The skin was slightly more dry than Anchor Bar but there was less sauce. I honestly enjoyed them about the same as Anchor Bar. I do like that in a set of 10, you get two flavor choices vs Anchor Bar you're stuck with one sauce. I think it was $1 cheaper here too. The wife got fried bologna sandwich. Coming from Atlanta, I don't see this on menu so much despite it being a fried sandwich. It was good but saltier than I expected and I am a Cult of the SPAM follower. I honestly felt like I could've made this at home. It came with a side of kettle chips that didn't stand out. I liked the pizza logs a lot. I'm not a wing connoisseur enough to tell you that this place taste so much better than Anchor bar but the bologna sandwich was just meh. I enjoy hot wings, but I'm no sadist. The menu says hot are very, very hot so I ordered them thinking I'd regret it. They're not hot at all. My son and I were laughing about it. They tasted like medium from any pizza shop you order from. The garlic parm wings tasted good. It's painfully obvious when restaurants twice-cook their wings. They come out dry and tough to chew. I wish more restaurants would fresh cook their wings to order. Meat should be tender and juicy inside, not tough and dried out. Stopped at Duffs on way home to Massachusetts. Though I am used to the setting of the Amherst restaurant as a past student, this restaurant has lots of televisions and a little atmosphere. Arrived on a Saturday around 12, so not too busy, but by time we were finished place was almost full. We had 20 wings, BLT and a salad with chicken. Wings were 15 mediums, 5 lemon pepper and 5 honey. All were good and left with at least 10 wings, half a BLT and some chicken from the salad. Love this place. read more

My son and I stopped in for chicken wings. Our waitress was great. She was friendly and attentive. Our chicken wings were very good. We ordered the medium light. (Still quite hot after the first few bites of a couple wings). Next time, I'll try the mild medium. We asked for our wings extra crisp and that they were. I would like to state that I'm a huge fan of duffs wings but usually go to the Sheridan location. My friend and I decided to come here instead just bc it's closer to me. The location is larger so it gives more of a restaurant feel. Seating was comfy too. We ordered the zucchini fries and did the 20 wings with large fries and small pitcher of soda as well as waters. The waitress was more than accommodating always making sure we had what we needed and that everything was good. She was super nice. But the food... was just incredible. My friend and I were discussing how we haven't enjoyed food like that in a long time. Truthfully I can't remember a time other than today that the food was so good I felt like I was remy when he is tasting something out of this world. We ripped through all of the food. I don't think there was a single bone with meat left of it. We got 10 dr pepper charred bbq and 10 garlic parm. Highly recommend. Price was absolutely worth it. Whenever friends come to visit, we go to Duffs. I love getting dry wings with sauce on the side- the wings are a great size, the chicken is tender, and they're fried to perfection. Their chicken finger wrap is delicious and large. The shoestring fries are absolutely perfect- not too salty and great flavor. The service is always friendly. My husband and I sat at the bar for drinks and lunch. Halle was the bartender and was an absolute doll! Kind, polite and quick. About sucking d**k and swallowing c*m and "hey put that on your b*ll s*ck or let her cause I'm sure no one's touched your pe**s .... When I voiced my concerns regarding the gross context of their conversation DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MY 12 YEAR OLD SON the bartender who just heard this group openly discussing how DRUNK they are decided that was the time to give more shots to these people, and when I asked for the manager all I got was a server (who yes has been there a while but it's not the manager) saying I'm sor.... I just uhh I understand why you're upset I'm just uhh" and so I said "and clearly they know someone since you can't even ask them to leave or tell the bartender to cut them off" This is a family friendly establishment I have frequented since my 12 year old was 5 days old. After this I don't see myself going back. It was the managers friends who were there (drinking shots for free) celebrating a birthday. The servers clearly didn't feel comfortable telling them they need to stop. But I cannot bring my children to a place that CLEARLY tolerates the verbal sexual assault on children. Who now I had FAR MORE questions to answer tonight that I really was not ready for. So hey Duffs thanks for making me have the explicit sex talk with my son. That's awesome. Super glad that happened! Fries were ice cold and crappy. Not enough ice in my drink to keep it cold. Pizza was so bready and doughy, which is not how the old school pizza usually is. Duffs has some of the best wings in the Buffalo area and the BBC pats are reasonable and the service is usually top notch. I went on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the place was packed and yet we still got a table quickly and got served quickly. Nothing beats Buffalo wings in Buffalo and Duff's is one of those places that makes the city proud. I wanted to go to the original location just to say I did but this location was really good. As soon as you walk in the smell of Buffalo wings just smacks you in the face and you know immediately it's going to be a good night. Our server was great, she was on top of everything our whole visit and we had a great time. Our mountain of wings turn led into individual piles of bones and the beer kept the good times going.
