They used to be great, the staff in the office was great, Cody and Greg were great, and the repairs were good. The past 2 years however, the place has gone downhill horribly. The office staff is now rude and openly lies to customers (see below) while the repairs have not been done to any kind of standard. They no longer stand by their work. Here are some highlights of the past 2 years: 1) Took my daughters car in and was told it would be done the next day when a part came in. 2 days passed and we called to inquire was told the part would be in the next day. 2 more days pass and we called to be told the part would be in that day and the car repaired, but it wasn't. The next day we were told the part they received was wrong and so they had to wait for a new part. The office staff lied to us repeatedly over a period of 5 days. 2) Took my sisters car in for new shocks. 13 months, and just 8K miles later, the shocks were totally bad. They said "too bad" the warranty is expired and wanted the same amount to replace the shocks. She is 70 years old and only drives to the store and doctor appointments. Shocks should last 50K miles at least. 3) Took my son's car in for a gas purge valve replacement. Paid over $1000 and within 2 months the valve no longer worked. My son was so angry at Greg's that he didn't tell me until many months later. I called Greg's and once again was told "too bad". It is unfortunate that they are such a lousy place now with no integrity when they were once a really good place. I no longer recommend Greg's auto to anyone for any service.

Turns out the leak from mom's older maxima that started from an oil filter changed months ago that was loose and started with a leak on the floor. They tightened the filter and replaced the drain plug gasket that is supposed to be replaced every oil change. (Thanks Jiffy lube) no charge for the oil leak!! Ever heard of that?! They also changed a couple of routine maintenance items that were 19 years old. We cannot recommend Ian's enough and have told family and friends! Was instructed by U-haul this was the closest drop location for my rental truck. Dropped off a U-Haul on Veterans Day as scheduled and they were closed. Called U-Haul to confirm drop off was done and left keys in drop box. Woke up today to see these liars hit me with a $70 surcharge!!! An extra day rental even though the truck was dropped off the day it was due. I guess they think they can just charge an extra day because they're closed. Not the way it works. Not only that but an additional "coverage" charge, to add insult to injury they charges an additional $10 for gas!The truck was to be left with 9/16th a tank of gas, so just a little bit above half. Which I left it exactly at 9/16 but they think they can just scam you for another $10, $70 in extra fees these dishonest thieves tried to hit me with. Well unfortunately for them I took tons of pictures and have already initiated the complaint with U-Haul and demanded a refund as well as reported them to the Better Business Bureau for scamming.
