Very pleased with the service and our experience from Clarity Mobile Venture. We needed to take a PCR Covid test before heading to South Africa. We researched a lot of places online. Finally settled on this place because they were located at LAX. Figured if we had difficulties at least we could find them at our airport of departure. They have a nice setup outside one of the Terminals. After making our appointment online, we were there right on time the next day. The procedure was quick. Only waited a few minutes in line. The Swab test was quick, and the service was fine. Our results came back in the time promised. After receiving our Negative Covid results we happily took our flight the next day. For $125 per person for the PCR test, it was worth it. Not the cheapest spot, but not the most expensive either. Service was good and the lab was onsite. No complaints from me. read more

We had a very positive experience with Clarity Mobile Labs at LAX today after a very negative one elsewhere. We did a PCR test somewhere else yesterday for our son's flight tomorrow, and the results came back saying "rapid." Now, it wasn't a rapid Covid test, it was a PCR and took 5 hours to process, but we were afraid that word in bold letters would cause us problems. Plus, the collection time was misstated. AND, his destination country wants his passport number on his Covid result, which the other lab stated that was "impossible" and "no lab will do." Clarity moved quickly, got us results in 5 hours, our result report did not say "rapid" and it magically had our son's passport number on it! In other words, they know what they are doing and cater to travelers. I don't even care that I had to pay cash for the test. It was worth the peace of mind. ty. read more

90 minutes for a Saturday AM appointment with four testing windows (one of them unstaffed for awhile). No one directing traffic to move things along until an hour in. No heads up to extremely long lines. Our only travel option is this 3-5 hour RT-PCR TEST, and we're paying $125 for this? That said, the line moved better after an hour and the person who administered the test was vert kind and apologetic. Received results in four hours. read more

When I was not permitted to check in for my international flight, because I needed a Covid test, this LAX team a cross from Terminal 6 could not have been more supportive! Melissa helped me book a reservation on their app and Jennifer tried to work me in sooner and called ahead to another team at the international location. I went to Clarity after not receiving my free test result in time for my flight. I changed my flight but wanted a back-up, just in case. Everyone there was super friendly and sympathetic. Service was quick & easy. Highly recommend. Just be aware that the site in the terminal takes longer than the site in the parking lot, so be sue to book your appointment at the right location for your needs. read more

I came in on a Sunday at noon to get a family member tested. The lab is right across the ground floor of terminal 6, by the parking structure. We waited about 20 minutes as there were 3 parties ahead of us, and the test took another five minutes. We got the results a little under 3 hours after the test. I really suggest them if you need guaranteed same day results. read more

The best service came in 8:30am and got my results at 3pm same day so if you flying international just come in few hours earlier and you all set to go it's in LAX Airport and price even cheaper some other said $150 results in 48 hours well I got mine $125 with results in 7 hours very happy. They were so responsive to all my questions before I booked the appointment and then I was in and out of there in 5 mins!! I had originally gone to NSight at the LAX Sheraton (DO NOT GO THERE!!) who didn't use the proper long swabs, soonest results were 24 hours for $175 vs 3-5 hrs at $125 here. Just make sure you know what terminal you are going to and ask them in advance for directions. They will even send you a map :) read more

This is one of the only labs in LA that is a trusted travel partner for the State of Hawaii. If you are traveling to the islands from LA, you'll probably have to use this lane. Just be aware, we had a 1 hour line with an appointment. Website said 5 minute maximum wait. read more

It was good see a Covid testing facility at LAx airport which made it very convenient. but I had horrible experience. Clarity laboratory looks like big company but very poor management and not at all customer oriented I was travelling to Vancouver via Lax and have booked an appointment at 1-1.30 pm slot with Clarity for RT-PCR test. I had over 7 hrs of layover and flight was around 7.50pm. when I reached the testing site at 1.15 pm I saw a huge line up and they were accepting walk-ins, when enquired about my appointment they told me to wait in the queue with others there is no separate counter for pre-booked appointments. I had to wait for about 2 hrs before my sample was collected. I requested the staff and they said it's companies policy they cannot do anything. I paid USD 125 to book the appointment slot which was of no use. The flight check in counter was suppose to get close by 7 pm and I received my results by 7.15 i.e. 4 hrs after my sample was collected. I had to miss my flight and have to stay over in a hotel on my own expenses. This poor company management caused me time money and so much stress. This shows they just want numbers to make more money and don't bother about clients if they miss their flights. read more

My recent experience with Clarity Labs at LAX was TERRIBLE. I would not recommend it to anyone. Won't do it again- I rather quarantine. I was travelling alone with my 1 yr old Baby and signed up for the 3-5 hour Hawai'i testing. I've done many PCR tests previous and the lady in the first booth at 600 world way seemed to enjoy torturing me with poking the nose swab stick up my nose 7-8x on one side and constantly accused me of not holding still and that it wasn't "deep enough" yet. I cried (which is rare for me) as it put my into pain and I couldn't do better, plus my baby was moving around in my arms. She assured me that she is a "specialist" with this test. I am a health professional myself and I found the treatment super unprofessional in every regard. To pay the money for it that they charge and get treated like this is ridiculous. In the end I had to switch to a colleague that followed the same procedure but finally processed my test shortly before before I was ready to give up completely. It felt horrible. I should have asked for a supervisor but I was too tired from previous travels and too much in a rush to think of it. My nose was still hurting for two days after. It did come in the time frame described that I paid for but that almost didn't matter to me at all anymore after this bad experience. I wish I would have gotten her name. If you experience inhumane treatment like this- immediately ask to switch to a colleague or see a supervisor. In the end your body being intact and your mental and emotional health is worth more than anything else. read more
