I was told they would "look into it, and call me back" but I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and an online work order, the issue remains unresolved weeks later. We also reported an unbalanced ceiling fan that appears unsafe to use. After waiting over two months, I received a notification stating the repair had been completed, even though no one ever came to inspect or fix it. Communication has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely returned, voicemails go unanswered, and it feels nearly impossible to get a response from maintenance, the tenant coordinator, or Property Manager Melisa Day. Another frustration is that because these are new construction townhomes, tenants are expected to coordinate directly with vendors for certain repairs. That responsibility should fall on property management, not the tenant. To make matters worse, there is a significant gnat infestation. Despite paying for private pest control every two months and purchasing Zevo traps at my own expense, the problem persists. After speaking with several neighbors, I learned this is a community-wide issue. My experience has left me feeling that once the lease is signed, tenant concerns are no longer a priority. If you are considering renting here, I encourage you to carefully research the property before making your decision.
