After they worked on it, it's looking as good as new! It took 2 hours to repair. They sell various cases & accessories, including OtterBox. I didn't need a new case, but I had them put a new clear cover over my screen. I was told the cost of repairs (minus tax) before I turned in my phone, so there are no surprises when it's time to pay.
