I took my phone in to get my front screen fixed and they "fixed" it. But I didn't know i would be returning back there the next day because my camera was messed up they broke my camera it became all blurry and when I took it back, they laughed at me and cleaned the camera, it was "fixed" the next day it was broken again and i took it back for the third time and they told me, ma'am we cannot keep taking the screen off to clean the camera. i told them i didn't want the camera cleaned i wanted it fixed because it wasn't broken when the screen was cracked anyways they didn't fix it and i they would not give me my money back. read more

if i could give them zero stars i definitely would. while shopping we decided to get my phone screen repaired. it took only a few hours but because it was so late in the evening, we decided to pick it up the next day. when i picked up my phone it had some type of glue all over the edges and on the back , the corners of the screen had discoloration and he had about 50 rubber bands on it. however, he did put a screen protector on it for me( i'm guessing it comes free with the service because of the price) i brought it back unsatisfied and he had the nerve to have an attitude with having to fix my screen again. i went to pick it up again and he replaced it but did not put my screen protector back on and said i would have tp pay for another protector. my phone has not been the same. never again if you can help it use your phone service to replace your screen ....its free!!!!. read more

This store is located inside of HEB on Dowlen near the checkout & exit. My iPhone screen was severely cracked after I dropped it on the pavement. After they worked on it, it's looking as good as new! It took 2 hours to repair. They sell various cases & accessories, including OtterBox. I didn't need a new case, but I had them put a new clear cover over my screen. I was told the cost of repairs (minus tax) before I turned in my phone, so there are no surprises when it's time to pay. Will definitely come back if I break my screen again! read more

Since my repair my phone has been acting irregular. Idk what the repair people did but my phone is jumpy. Digitizer or water seal wasn't proper swapped out for new parts. These may be using used parts bought from the internet. read more

Very dissatisfying experience. Not only have they had my iPad for more than a month, they attempted to give me someone else's (less expensive) iPad rather than mine. Fortunately, I had all my receipts (I had already paid for the new screen!) and I had the original boxing for my iPad. I still do NOT have my iPad, but if it is not ready today--35 days after I left it there--I will leave with both my iPad and my money. I took my iPhone 6s Plus in Wednesday because my aux cord had got stuck in the jack... he said $50 for a new unit told me 2 hours after I told him I couldn't wait that long he said 30 minutes well after I walked around in heb I came back and I watched him try to fix it he said after he got the new unit in every time he closed my phone the charger wouldn't work... so he said look mam I need more time... ok so he gave me a loaner phone for a day and said it would be ready in the am well no call in the am so I called and it still wasn't ready so I came by about 6:00 he said he had to order the part and it would be ready tom well he call me about 7 pm saying the part has arrived and I can pick it up now I'm wondering is he lieing to just take my money to just shut me up or what bc now I have it home and it's not charging... read more

I took my phone in 2 days ago to have the screen fixed and now my sound, and home button don't work and my screen has a delay when I touch it to try to text or open an app. I will be returning today to get both my money and screen fixed AGAIN!
