I am extremely disappointed with A Plus Sign Company. I had my business sign made and installed by…read morethem less than a year ago, and the lights have already stopped working. I contacted the company more than two months ago to have the problem repaired. I was told that someone had already come out and fixed it, but no one ever came to my business, and the sign is still not working. I have followed up repeatedly for over two months, but nothing has been resolved. I have also tried calling the owner, but my calls have not been answered. For a business sign that is less than a year old, I expected much better quality, service, and accountability. After spending money on a professional sign, I should not have to spend months chasing the company just to get a lighting problem addressed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. I've done business with multiple sign companies over the last 12 years of having my business, nine years ago, we had Best signs create multiple signs for the exterior of our building, and the interior after having used other companies three years prior when we first opened and not being happy with the other companies, we used. After using bestsigns nine years ago and them doing such an amazing job we have never used any other companies since. We've also have had them do decal work on the exterior of our building on the windows and the work they did came out, so perfect just like every of time. Recently we had to get our interior logo they did taken down because we were painting our lobby and bestsigns came through for us is such a timely efficient fashion and being in a bind, and they really came through for us. Hey Everyone!,…read more Can't say enough great things about Mustafa @ Masry Custom T-Shirts . I have used his services in the past for custom clothing for my kids and they turned out great . Once I had a custom hoodie for my daughter made for her birthday with her favorite band images plastered everywhere and it turned out so good and stylish. But recently I was on the search for a company to make my business shirts and I wanted new logos . I had a vision but needed help to complete the design. I went to many of the known companies in the desert and they all wanted me to commit to minimum 24 shirts and wanted a set up few which ranged from approximately 90-200$ additional . I have a small company and didn't want that many shirts at this time so it wasn't sounding too well for me . I then remembered Mustafa at the Palm Desert Mall , which I should have went to from the beginning. He is super easy to work with and a very nice real person. He was able to bring my visions to life and busted out the first logo on a polo shirt and t-shirts on time for an event I wanted them for and he also made me a few great hats with the logos and they were nice . He later went on with the second logo that was much more complicated as well as me wanting very specific items on the design. He was very patient even when I thought he might want to kick me or something because I am so picky about the final product but no , he was cool as a cucumber and helped me out wonderfully. The shirts were a fitted , comfy style and not cheap looking . I am proud to wear them and super happy with the process . He also made hats with the second logo and even made me a few custom eye glass wipes to clean my glasses which is a great idea with the company logo . I will be returning for winter gear such as long sleeve shirts and hoodies as well as give aways for promotion. I have to say that he is a solid guy and runs a great business which is in a convenient location at the mall . Do not hesitate to get some custom gear from him you will not be disappointed. Through the course of it all I like to think that we became friends so I would really like everyone to know about their services and utilize them for all there custom gear small or big , they can handle big orders and he is super meticulous trust me !
