STAY AWAY.. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.... IF YOU COME TO THEM WITH INSURANCE CLAIM, ALEJANDRA WILL ASK FOR YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE BACK OF THE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE SHE PREPARED FOR YOU TO SEND TO THE INSURANCE CO. Right before I was ready to walk out the door, Alejandra turns the paper over, does not say a word, and I just signed thinking I was just acknowledging the prepared I warn everyone who even thinks about doing business with this preliminary claim estimate to send to insurance co. I never read the back page, did not know what I had signed, and did not know I was entering into any sort of a contract. Alejandra watched me not read it, knew I did not know what I signed, and never opened her mouth that this is a contract, to read it carefully, and it has very serious repercussions. She said not one word except probably a celebration of scamming a 68 year old elderly man. Alejandra acts as if I actually came to her facility to give agree to give her all the money the insurance company pay, and that I agree that i am now legally bound to repair or replace everything, and I have given up all my rights to my own insurance claim. Well if you ask what the worth of the contract Alejandra has duped me out of, the answer is 100% of whatever the insurance company will pay. Let me ask who in the hell if they read that deal would sign?? Certainly not me. First of all I have filed a criminal complaint against Alejandra for financial exploitation of an elder. Alejandra's document also states that I gave a power of attorney to allow the insurance check to be cashed by Alejandra. I never want to see someone in a bad situation. At 68 years old, I have never seen such a persistent effort to con, dupe, deceive and/or defraud anyone like Alejandra.. I hope I do not go to H..ll for saying this, but I really hope Alejandra does get charged, arrested, and convicted of swindling me and my insurance claim money. In addition, Alejandra demanded the insurance company appraiser to never communicate with me, only Alejandra. Alejandra also underhandedly arranged that the insurance check be sent to her place of business so that she could cash the check and abscond with all of the money. Well , God was watching and thankfully I was on the ball and when the insurance company called to tell me they were sending the insurance check to Alejandra, I stopped her, immediately, and said ":no you are not, you are going to send that money directly to the claimant, not anyone else. THANK THE LORD FOR THAT JESUS. This is really a true story, and I pray that anyone who has a insurance claim BEWARE, STAY FAR AWAY, THEY ARE OUT T0 DUPE YOU, DECEIVE AND DEFRAUD YOU OUT 0F YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM MONEY. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY CHOICE TO CASH OUT IF YOU MAY DECIDE, EVERY RED CENT PAID BY INSURANCE WILL BE TAKEN IF YOU ALLOW DO NOT MAKE SURE THE INSURANCE COMPANY SEND TO YOU OR AUTO DEPOSIT INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. BEWARE OF THIS BODY SHOP. The people that work here are the type of people that care more about your money then they do about your car and how precise the job gets done. Do yourself a huge favor and don't take your vehicle here. I'm reading all of these reviews, and you can tell there's something iffy about them. You can tell that they make other people write the reviews for them, and as well they make the reviews themselves. Their customer service is bad (none of the workers here have a nice attitude.) Also, they all just stare at you if you stay there to see what they're doing to your car. The worst part of it all, the paint job they did on my car has to be one of the worst and most laziest I've ever seen, on any car. They buffed the paint after they painted it, and there's swirl marks literally all over the car, everywhere. Also, they buffed over the window rubbers and ruined them (driver's and passenger side.) They also forgot to mask off our matte silver gas cap and they left thick swirl marks on it as well. There's a dozen other things I can say, but I can't (I'll explain in the last sentence.) If you care about your car, don't take it here. You're an idiot if you let these fake 5-star reviews fool you. (sorry for not writing an in depth review, I'm not in the mood to type 500 to 1000 words) (I didn't reveal any color of the car or anything because my family member, who's car I'm talking about, may or may not come back to this s**t shop.) Of course you're gonna say that you're not telling every single customer to write a good review about your business, but it's obvious that a great majority of them on here and Google are fake. You don't have to have much of a brain to decipher a real review from a bogus one. He came back 4-5 times, if not more, because he specifically told you to do some stuff, and you guys forgot to do it. He finally got the ugly swirl marks you guys put on 99% of the clear coat removed at a different shop that specializes in detailing, unlike you guys. I'm positive you know who we are now. They even made us pay $75 dollars extra because they had to weld in two tiny dots on the bottom of the hood, since he asked to get it debadged. It takes no effort/ skill and very little welding wire. It only takes about 1-2 minutes to weld and grind off the bumps. An entire 10-pound roll of welding wire costs at the MOST $35! Wow! MIG Welding dots is so hard and you apparently need a welding specialist to MIG weld two dots! Even a 5 year old can MIG weld two dots for crying out loud. I'm FROM Yucca Valley, Alejandra. Why is your name Alejandra by the way? I think you changed your name to Alex now, but it was Alejandra! Ha, what a fail. FYI For anyone reading this, go on Google and see how dumb their fake reviews are. They sound really fake and literally all of the people who reviewed Unique Autobody only have on review, which is Unique Autobody! Hahaha! I am really surprised that I got this excellent quality service in 2024. I'm 67 years old and it took me back to the 70s back then this type of service was standard. Needed some body work and the price was really reasonable. However I inquired about some mechanical work hoping he could refer me to someone and to my surprise they did that as well .
