I walked in and was greeted by the owner Mitch Wiseman who was working the front desk at the time. Super friendly. I looked around the very cool lobby space which lets one see into the workshops: relatively quiet & there were clearly a lot of various, big projects going on. Not to worry, although they do lots for the casinos etc. I couldn't have asked for more listening and personal attention. We discussed what I wanted and that they'd draft a version to email me and then proceed. We went back/forth 2 times. The final product looked so professional. Al and his team did a great job on a big décor and signage project we had over at the Westin. The team at Image360 was always professional and prompt in their responses. Their materials produced and applied on time for a time critical event with their crews working late into the night to pull off a limited installation window. The colors were spot on to the proofs. I had very high hopes for this establishment - they were initially very responsive and seemed to have a lot of working knowledge. Here is my situation: I was presenting a poster at the Palm Springs Convention Center and emailed them a pdf of the poster, as well as the publisher document. They gave me solid advice regarding which material was best for my needs, along with how to attach it to the board; however, when it came time to pick the poster up, I was disappointed in the final product. Specifically, the colors on some of the shapes were off (and had looked fine on the PDF) and there were smudges between the blue and white parts of the poster. I can somewhat understand the color issue being something they could not readily fix, but throwing their hands up at the smudging? That is clearly an artifact of the printing process. They should have offered to reprint it, offered a discount, or offered to have me make some changes to the poster (if their printer could not handle an abrupt change between blue and white). Instead, the gentlemen working there just stared at me and said "yeah, I didn't notice that..." Maybe they treated me this way because it was a one-time sale; perhaps they would have taken me more seriously if I had a business in the area and might be a repeat customer. Regardless, my dissatisfaction was ignored and I would not recommend getting a technical poster printed here. read more
